"Not sure who I spoke with in appointment but she hung up on me because she provided false information. SHe stated the next available appointment is November and when we get done entering my daughter's info, she says to see a doctor the patient must wait until Dec but wait because you said November. Then she hangs the phone up.. Rude might I say"

She's not only been kind and helpful with regular exams, but she also went the extra mile to help me with a situation that we initially though was gynecological but turned out not to be. I thought at my follow up appointment she would just push me off on to someone else like most doctors here do, but I was shocked when she worked with me to try something else and it's been extremely helpful. I also had a really difficult mammogram that led to further testing and biopsies and was shocked when she called me herself to make sure I understood everything. That kind of attention makes a serious medical situation go from feeling scary to feeling like you're in good hands."
