"I just left this place....will NEVER go back! My soda tasted awful and the replacement was just as bad. The menu said the potstickers came with teriyaki sauce; the waitress argued they served it with chili sauce; was given sweet and sour after they agreed to give me what was on the menu. (Mistakes like this can drive a diabetic into a coma!)They were overcooked. All the others in my party claimed their fish special (not even on the menu) was dry and tasted like a Gorton's fish fry. Noisy atmosphere, tables all wobbly. UGH! Don't waste your time and money. Now I need to go have some dinner."
"First and LAST time at Annabelle's. Made reservation. Later contacted for my credit card to guarantee the reservation. I said this was very unusual; but they said they didn't want to be out the opportunity to make "other" reservations. Then, contacted a 3rd time to confirm reservation again. Food was barely warm; meat was tough. My favorites on the entire buffet were the mashed potatoes and the soup. Most certainly NOT worth the price of $50 + automatic gratuity + tax = $64 per person!"
"Making a reservation proved to be quite hard. No one answers the phone! Wait for call back and that didn't happen either. Ended up going in person to make the reservation. Said they'd call confirming. Never did. Finally got someone on the phone two days before we were going. Food was good."
"I was more than disappointed dining at Annabelle's on Thanksgiving. Having enjoyed the Christmas Brunch 5 years earlier I convinced my family to skip the cooking and go to Annabelle's. The hostess walked us to a table that was not ready and quickly rushed us back to the waiting area. The second attempt was not any better, the table cloth was disgusting, they didn't change it from the previous party, just wiped it down. I asked for a clean table cloth and while waiting we were handed the salt, pepper and sugar dish to hold? Our server was very nice and asked about drinks, we all got a single glass of champagne that was included in the $39.99 per person rate and it was warm and tasted very cheap. Off for the buffet, the turkey was a pressed roll and sliced, same for the ham that was sitting in water getting tough. They were missing the best thing of all, the sweet potatoes. The prime rib station was okay, but the meat was over cooked and dry. The cheese bar had a nice selection of cheeses, jumbo shrimp and a few other finger foods. The desert bar was yummy, but service on plastic plates. The bill comes and they have added almost 25% gratuity to my bill; for $214.00 for 4 people and 1 was my elderly mother, the experience rates only 2.5 stars. This will be our LAST holiday meal at Annabelle's, I was so embarrassed that I bragged so highly of this place and the meal was less than mediocre."
"Very big disappointment my fiance proposed to me here last year so this year for our anniversary we were very excited to go back as LAST year's experience was very wonderful. The food was great steak was topped with an amazing mushroom sauce no A1 was needed. This year on the other hand was extremely horrible as soon as we arrived front desk was rude. Annabel's was closed for Easter breakfast decoration set up...already a disappointment for us since we wanted to sit at the same table as last year. The price of the food went up 50% and the quality of it downgraded about just that much as well. The side options weren't as great ,and then the side I did order wasn't even available. The steak was full of fat and dry I couldn't even enjoy it ,I had to keep cutting off fat and had to bang the A1 sauce just to get anything out of it. Overall HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE definitely wouldn't recommend it."
