"I would give less if I could. After nearly 7 years having Home Owners Insurance with Farmers with no claims, this place takes over and they double my premium. After asking for an explanation they simply blame it on inflation and other people's claims. Nice business model. Let's reward you for being a loyal customer by raising your rates 100% when all we have done is make money on you and never paid out a single cent. I would steer clear of this outfit. Not even sure "William Huckaby" runs this office. He never responds to you. Everything is handed off to junior, inexperienced, newbie agents. I would take your business elsewhere like I have."

"I had Famer Inc. for over 30 years with two Homes, auto! Someone runs a red light with no Insurance so I have to use my plan. Then they start jacking up my rates so much. I asked Jason ( the secretary) whats going on, he decided to offer me a plan with less coverage and a higher deductible thinking it's a better plan for us (LOL). Then they started turning on and off my paperless billing thinking I wouldn't notice ( I get emails when you do this) when I call about this Jason thought he could dictate what I was calling about thinking I was calling about a rewoked Insurance plan (not). Don't use this offer if you choose Farmer Insurance."
