"Awful EVERYTIME I go there something is wrong. They fill the medication out of order and they lose my prescriptions. They don't care about your wellbeing."
"They were awesome. I actually found out i have been paying for an rx that is covered by my insurance so they saved me some money. Super friendly. Place was clean too. I dont mind walking the extra mile+ to get my rx now instead of going just across the street."
"Pharmacist Daisy Reeves was amazing. She helped over the phone and helped me tell my provider what medicine would be beneficial after the original prescription was extremely expensive. She spent an extensive amount of time on the phone with the provider trying to get a new prescription and was very kind when I went in to pick up the prescription."
"Pharmacy will not confirm if they heard back from doctor after doctor confirmed that they reached out to pharmacy. The pharmacy stated when I called that a medication couldn't be filled because they needed my doctor to confirm about a drug interaction. I called my doctor, who called the pharmacy and then I vcalled the pharmacy again when no update was provided. This time they said something else was the issue, but that they the pharmacy had nothing they could do and no responsibility for even an update. I asked whether the first problem they told me or the new one was explained to the doctor when the doctor called them, and the pharmacy just said that wasn't their problem. I asked if they could send a request or notification to my doctor letting them know that the prescription didn't go through and why and they said, "no. Not much we can do. Like ok?" This is a very basic system that they themselves said they used previously, so why now is it something that is not okay to ask for? Why is an update on the status something ridiculous to ask for? This is just a pain the- All I wanted was to know why the prescription isn't being filled and for them to send my doctor a notification that there is an issue. I'll be calling my doctor again, but it is easier if they can also confirm with the pharmacy that there is an issue."
"The pharmacists and staff are wonderful. I've been going there for almost 6 years and when I come in, they greet me by name. It's a small town pharmacy inside my favorite store Target. Win win!"
