"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to State 48 Funk House in Westgate. First off, the hostess, Raquel, was sweet, friendly, and helpful. She got us a bowling lane, set up our server, and was all-around very assistive and great. Rosa, our server, was just as awesome. We appreciated her attentiveness, as well as her friendliness and charm. Finally, Seth, the manager, was nice enough to check on us, move us when it became too cold outside, and made sure that we had what we needed. It wasn't our first time to S48 Funk House, and with the people we met this past time, it won't be our last. Thanks to Raquel, Rosa, Seth, and all at the Funk House!"

"On Sunday anticipated attending a an afternoon performance of the Harlem Globetrotters and wanted to have lunch prior to the event. State 48 Brewery easily accommodated our party of 11 guests. We decided to bowl a few games and ate lunch at the lane. The appetizers were excellent along with the various sandwiches and wraps we ordered. I would like to compliment our server Rachel F for great customer service. She made sure our orders were taken in a timely basis and the empty plates and glasses were removed promptly. Overall we had a great time while we waited to attend our performance. We highly recommend the State 48 Brewery."

"We just walked in on a Saturday evening after watching Dodgers vs Angels Spring Training. No reservations - waited less than 10 mins for a table - nice! Monika was our server and she was very kind & knowledgeable- made great entree & beer suggestions. We started with meatballs and potstickers as appetizers. Both were delicious! We wanted to share a burger and I was really interested in trying The Monstrosity Burger. HOLY MOLY that Monstrosity Burger was seriously off the charts! We were both full with no room for dessert after which is a rare event! This has to be the hugest (yes, that’s a word…) most enormous burger I have EVER tried in my lifetime! You just have to order it and try it, then like me, you’ll want to attempt to duplicate it at home because the concept seems so ridiculously simple! The restaurant itself is loud and casual with plenty of tv’s and extra entertainment (bowling, shuffleboard & pool tables) to keep you and your guests or date busy! Great place to meet up with a group of friends or for date night - not so much for families with small children. Great place to walk it all off afterwards! I would highly recommend this restaurant!"

"I had my company xmas party here. It was a great decision. Everything went smooth from the initial planning to the night of the event. Lance and all the employees were super accommodating. We had a group of around 20 people and had our own little section, which we enjoyed. The atmosphere was also great . The drinks were also good too."

"wanted to get a bite to eat before a concert. restaurant had dirty tables. waitresses working overtime. our waitress was nice but busy. wish i had better things to say and a better experience. experience was as mid as their tshirts."
