"Usually go here for the live band events which are pretty fun, but they are always understaffed for when they are busy. Service is really bad most times. This last time we had to go to the bar for our own drinks most of the night. Also food service was slow and wrong. Server brought out completely wrong plates the first time, like not one right item out of 3 plates ...wrong sandwich, wrong burger, fries instead of tots on both ....I watched other wait just as long and have the same issues, It's bad folks. One of the other servers seemed more with it, but 2 servers for the amount of people they tried to attract was not enough. Overall we did enjoy the band and had a good time. But table service is always a sore spot here."

"Great high-end dive bar. Large group of friendly, close-knit regulars that make everyone feel welcome. The live music nights are always a good time too."

"We ordered fish and chips, and it wasn't that great, so we had send it back. Ibwouldnt recommend eating that. The atmosphere was great, I mean if you want to go there and grab a few beers, it's good, food, I would think twice."

"HORRIBLE service and the food was worse!!! Server/bartender was so busy bartender she forgot to bring out one of our TWO orders and the one that was brought out wasn't right, was cold and tasted OLD. Then when we tried to check out the Server never brought our credit card back. We had to remind her to. She left it in the stack of folder things. She's lucky it wasn't lost. The food has been slowly going downhill and now the service has caught up and both are quickly heading WAY down hill!!! It's definitely apparent ownership does not care about this location anymore and it definitely shows in the lack of management as well. Last time we will waste or time and money here."

"I normally don’t post reviews but I’m switching it up this year. This was my 2nd time visiting tailgaters on 60th Ave and Bell. I decided to take my brother with me since he like dry rub wings. We got there around 630pm. The wings and fries were very flavorful, the cocktails were great, reasonably priced, nice atmosphere, waitress very attentive and kind. As we were sitting in our booth, i was observing the bar area and the two bartenders were so friendly, polite and laughing with customers as they made drinks! It was nice to see the staff engaged with customers while getting the job done! I do observe staff, not just my waitress/waiter wherever I dine just to see how customers are being treated. Customer service is highly important to me and makes a difference as to whether I will return and spread the word. Here’s my comment to the staff: keep up the good work! Try to provide that great customer service that I experienced everyday you work, this will keep us coming back! Some days will be harder than others, all customers level of expectations are different so don’t take it personal if they are not satisfied, how you respond and try to correct the issue makes ALL the difference! To the chef: please continue to provide the same quality of food that I experienced on both occasions daily, it will definitely keep me and others coming back! Enjoy the new year"
