"This store is a joke! Don't shop here! 2/3 of the items sold here are way overpriced & the other 1/3 costs more than the item would cost brand new. As if that's not bad enough... the night manager sucks. Cashier needed a void done & the manager was busy in the break room. Waited over 10 minutes for the cashier to get the void so she could continue checking out customers. Sucked! Goodwill never was great but it's gone down to Savers level. Sad. Disappointing."
"Experience is overall positive, just don’t buy anything expensive without taking it with you. A item was lost by the time I got back and no one would answer question or offer a solution. Corp. was zero help, just said the store is short of a manager and doing the best they can. All talk of a refund was met with, “you will have to resolve that with the store” All I got was a lesson learned, there was no accountability. Any item over a certain amount should be secured in some way when they accept payment, and agree to hold it till you get back."
