"This place is the WORST. It was dirty and disorganized- everything we looked at was either USED & Dirty or was in the wrong Box. They lied about having an item that was advertised on Facebook Marketplace and overall customer service was horrible. The main foreign guy was disinterested and had zero customer service etiquette. He was rude and not helpful at all. Only go here if you plan on flushing your money away-"

"In my opinion if you’re looking for a great deal do not waist your time or gas going here. The staff is rude and attempts to sell items for the full price they sell it as if it was in new condition in a retail store. staff isn’t willing to negotiate not even in the slightest. Staff doesn’t seem interested in making a sale. It was a waist of my time and gas to drive over your better off going to the blow out liquidation store across the street they have excellent deals. Find new staff they are causing your business to lose money. Taking my money and business elsewhere."

"Stay away from this place. I wish I was allowed to give a zero star to this one. They use bait and switch practices. They advertise items for sale online as "new in the box" and when you show up at their store, you realize that the items are used. We drove almost 40 minutes to get there and found out there were no new vacuums. We still agreed to buy a wet dry vacuum from them that was guaranteed to work as it left the store. When we tried to use it that same evening, it just gave error messages after error messages. Evidently, the "guaranteed to work promise" was another one of their lies. We returned it the very next day we bought it and they refused to refund the money and were very rude and belligerent. We left the vacuum at their store and will dispute the charge with our bank. Very unpleasant experience."

"This place is very unfriendly. I understand many people might have good experience. Some might have bad experience but here’s my experience. I was on an auction site and I was trying to pick up my winning auction bid at this store over the holiday week with family events going on, I was unable to make the Saturday pick up and Sunday pick up I came in on Tuesday the day after New Year’s as they have a pile of what I got on auction cat food plenty of boxes and the auction I won was selling it for $12. Now they’re selling it for $20. There was many items on the auction for the cat food that didn’t even sell, the fact that they wouldn’t let me pick up my $12 cat food and wanted to charge me $20 after driving 45 minutes to get here principal alone I couldn’t buy the cat food it’s not even a discount there’s 24 cans for $20 at Walmart. You can buy the same cans for $.80 a can. This place is a rip offI would appreciate anybody that boycott them with me for people like this need to be put out of business"

"The store has a policy that you can not open products. First red flag. Brought the item home and it was not working. Asked for a refund but was meant with hostility. Was told refunds are not possible. I bought it with a credit card so they are possible. Would only give store credit but after this purchase I did not trust anything to be working in the store."
