"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This insurance company is a joke, they don't care about their customers. Been trying to call only to be transferred to a "supervisor" but all we get is voice-mail. How do we talk to an actual person??? I think I'll change my insurance provider because this is ridiculous."

"After a lot of run around with several claim adjusters, almost two months later, a check has been issued for me. It's currently on it's way from Arizona. It was extremely frustrating, but they made it right. Thank you Jenny, Joel and anybody else I spoke to regarding my claim. If you're having issues, keep leaving messages. Call every # available for Safeway. You WILL reach somebody and they WILL take care of you."

"One of their distracted drivers rear ended me at a light. Totalled my car. 6 bulging discs in my neck. Driver was carrying state minimum coverage. $25k personal injury. Their game is to; duck, dodge, delay, obfuscate, hide, and stall the process as long as possible. Hoping you are weak enough to just go away or desperate enough to accept whatever crumbs they decide to throw at you. 18 months after the fact and mere days before arbitration, they decide to honor their obligations. A pathetic excuse for a company and the pattern of behavior depicted in these comments alone tell you that they operate on much less than a good faith basis. The states attorney generals office should do everyone in AZ a favor and shut these clowns down once and for all."

"Worst experience ever. Drug their feet, side stepped claim and didn’t return my calls in reasonable time for one month period before I was forced to file through my insurance. Claim adjuster actually hung up on me which was last straw. Now, it’s a subrogation claim. They reply to every review with nonsense, but where there is smoke(or horrible reviews) there is fire. I guess just hope you don’t get hit by one of their insured drivers."

"The worst service I have ever received. Kim Bitsilly and the other adjusters failed to call or email me back, they are impossible to get ahold of and almost every call is sent to voicemail. Every person I have spoken to is rude, argumentative, and lacks basic communication skills. I had missed two of my scheduled repair appointments because I was never provided accurate information or called back. My car was hit almost a year ago and we are still dealing with things. There is no talking to someone hire-up because apparently, they don't have the ability to transfer calls to managers. Terrible business."
