"They wanted to run tests that my doctor didn't feel they were necessary in order to actually run the test my doctor wants. Then they ask me to call my doctor to tell her to fax them an order for those tests! I called my doctor's office and they said it was not necessary, to just keep my appointment for the ultrasound. So I called Solis again and they refused to do it. I told them to call my doctor then if they wanted to have those orders themselves. At that point, they said they were ok scheduling me for both of my procedures without the doctor's orders, they didn't want to call my doctor to ask for any clarification. I asked multiple times, to two different people, if I could have both procedures done on my appointment and they said yes. So I was going to pay out of pocket for my first procedure because both my doctor and my insurance didn't think it was necessary, but it is my health, so I will do it. Then, on the day of my appointment, I show up just to be told they don't do that procedure on Tuesdays! Despite the fact that I asked multiple times and they said yes! I scheduled it a month in advance and they never bothered to tell me that. They said they called me, but no voicemail was left. In fact, the only voicemail I got was the reminder call to keep my appointment, so they had my correct number. If they are that incompetent with scheduling, I don't want to know about other things. I called my doctor again to get a referral somewhere else. I won't trust my health to people that can't even keep their scheduling right."
