"I understand keeping the OTC medicine separate from the rest of the store, but having a sales clerk re-approach each guest in that area every 30 seconds is aggressive and uncomfortable. The woman working yesterday was interrogating me and one other customer about our medicine needs. I barely had a chance to read labels in between her constantly harassing me to hurry up and choose, and loudly complaining about how bored she is with the last 30 minutes of her shift. If this is the direction the business is going, I will no longer buy OTC medicine here."

"Pharmacist tried for several times to get CVS to transfer my RX’s do to pricing being better at Smiths. After no luck they called my Dr and resolved it. Ty for your time and professionalism."

"Called this pharmacy to inquire about transferring Prescriptions, and was lied to about how it works. I was told by the Asian male pharmacy worker that "It was the law that I can't transfer my prescription to them." That is not true at all. Misleading people and making up laws because they are too lazy to accept me as a patient is inappropriate and unacceptable. When he tried to lie about it being law I told him if it was a policy of Smiths I understood but just say so, don't lie and tell me it is against the law. Sarcastically, rudely, and very abruptly he started yelling at me repeating a few times "Im not going to argue." Then he has the audacity to tell me I can't "pharmacy hop or Doctor hop its against the Law." That is a very serious allegation to make, especially when it is 100% false and the program used to check if I do so will easily show I don't. I've been with the same pharmacy, as well as the same Doctor for 7 going on 8 years. I can't imagine that would be considered "hopping" If it is I would like to know how! I have Cameras at home so I have the entire interaction with this vile man on audio. Great customer service Smith's!You just lost 6 prescriptions a month due to that mans assumptions and abhorrent behavior."

"I have used this pharmacy for years and now I'm switching. They have become rude and questions my prescriptions and doctors orders. On July 16th or 17th I dropped off a prescription for my pain patch. It wasn't due to be filled until the 27th I asked the pharmacist if there were any problems in getting this filled when the time came and he said no. On Friday the 27th of July I called to ask if my prescriptions were ready and they told me I needed insurance authorization before the patch could be filled. Why did they wait until the day it needed to be filled and in the afternoon to let me know this when they had this prescription for over a week or so? And, they told me my other medicine was ready for pick up. They knew there was a problem and never even bothered to call me and let me know. Meanwhile I am out of my pain patch and can go into withdrawals because of their neglect. I called my doctors office and my insurance company to have this taken care of on a Friday afternoon. Now it's Monday morning I called my insurance company to see if this was taken care of and she said yes. The pharmacy had the authorization on Friday and have not as of this time called to let me know. Now I have to call the pharmacy to tell them to fill this prescription. I'm so done with Smith's Pharmacy on Green Valley Parkway, Henderson, NV as soon as I pick up these meds. They don't care about people anymore. Also, I have noticed over the past year their business is dwindling down no more lines when you go to pick up your meds, now I know why. Don't use them...."

"I've been using this pharmacy for at least 15 year's. Now they act like they're doctor's! Since when do they read MRIs? Blood or other test I have to update several times a year? They're breaking hypa laws by suggesting other meds than what my doctor prescribes?! I'm not talking about generics. I've always chosen generics. Rude staff. I switched to Von's. No questions asked! My Doctor and specialists know what they're doing and are very thorough before prescribing anything. This pharmacy is making up crazy rules of their own and trying to override my doctor's orders! My deseases call for these prescriptions. They stick they're noses into everything and talk down to me. They're just supposed to fill my what my doctor has prescribed for years! My doctor has never been sued for malpractice and he's been practicing for over 40 yrs,!"
