"I have had multiple issues. As a health professional myself who specializes in health management, I am extremely concerned. I understand they are probably overwhelmed and stressed but rushing patients off the phone and not addressing concerns is a huge no for me. Let me tell you what happened At 9:00am I dropped off my sons RX. They never called so I naturally went to pick it up at 2:55 where I was told the Pharmacist had to review it as there was something wrong with it and she would give me a call. Come 6:00 still no call so I was told the RX was ready and the pharmacist went home. I called another Location to ask my questions since they weren’t helping where she told me it needed to be refrigerated etc. My husband then went to pick it up where he waited for over an hour in line and when he got to the window, he asked questions about “what was the issue etc” and was completely ignored. He wasn’t told instructions or ANYTHING. Once he got home he brought with him a ton of bottles with dosages that made no sense so I called again for a 4th time, this time a different pharmacist answered its now 8:00pm and now my son missed his first dose. The pharmacist told me they prescribed him wayyy too much and to not give it to him until he calls back. Next day comes around and I call for an update and speak to the pharmacist at 9:00 am who says she spoke to the doctor and it’s still working guidelines to give him but I should split it up and it doesn’t need to be refrigerated……. Im so confused Im getting mixed signals, my son has strep and should have started this immediately. Why is one pharmacist telling me one thing vs the other? Idk if I should even give it to him at this point I now feel I have to go elsewhere for advice. I would also like to state that this last time I called to speak with the pharmacist, the first initial gal who answered was completely rude and had a nasty attitude. And the pharmacist was rushing me off the phone. I hope they can figure out whatever is going on at this location because chaos creates mistakes. Two stars because I feel bad for the workers for whatever is happening but they need to fine tune their system"
"I have had a little better service lately. It used to be hell getting anything done at the pharmacy. Now it's slightly less hell. Ya know?"
"They have no idea what they are doing. When I come get my prescription they never have it or it's misplaced or they have no idea what I'm talking about. Cannot hear them through the drive through and when call to confirm one person will say it's ready but when it's time to pick it up they say it's not. The only saving grace is an awesome lady who works here I had her throughout the last 2 years and she's awesome, I forgot her name but I think she knows who I'm talking about."

"Very rude and incompetent. The doctor writes a prescription for 3 months, but they only give you one month at a time. Also, they tell you that they are out of the medicine and then claim that you have taken it with you and that you have to wait another month to refill. Incompetency in high degree."
