Walgreens Pharmacy 1500 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015

"Walgreens on the corner of racetrack and boulder is hands down the best pharmacy in the area. I’ve been getting my medication from them for about two years now, after having many negative experiences with several other pharmacies in the area. Their staff are almost all super friendly, their app works great and makes refills super easy. They can be kind of slow sometimes when they get busy, but even then it’s only a matter of waiting a few hours whereas with other pharmacies you may have to wait a day or more. Medication is always in stock, which seems a rarity with nowadays at least with the pharmacies in Henderson. Would highly recommend. Wish I knew the names of all the great staff so I could compliment them personally. Thank you for helping me get my life saving medication without a hassle."

"1st I wasn’t there but I had schedule covid shots and flu for my children. I didn’t find out months later that they didn’t give flu shot. Later on I had a rx in which seems pricey. I had my SIL call because she’s a tech for Walgreens. They were trying to give me more than 30 days when rx expires 30 days. Last straw was when I went in to pick up my sons new rx. They didn’t tell me 1 wasn’t filled(instead an auto refill was filled.) When I called they answered right away and put me on hold to talk to the pharmacist.I was on hold 20 min in which they kept picking up without words and placing back on hold. I called again, got an answer from a tech who then told me it’s an ot medicine. So you wasted a trip there and 20 min of my time there after. I understand you are busy but seriously."

"The staff at this Walgreens do not know what they are doing. Every time I get a prescription filled, they screw up the insurance. They are also very rude. I will never go to a Walgreens again and even though this Walgreens is close to my home, I will never step foot in their store again. The management obviously doesn't know how to manage and the pharmacists lack any kind of customer service skills. I would give them 0 stars if I could."

"I’ve had it with this Walgreens. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff there are incompetent and rude. Yesterday they received an electronic prescription from my doctor. They told me my insurance needed to be contacted by my doctor to do an over-ride because there was a change in the dosage. Today, called to check on the status and they completely lost the prescription. I even gave them a prescription number from an email they sent me and they couldn’t find it. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. I will also be filing a complaint with my insurance company. This is unacceptable. How could they lose an electronic prescription?"

"I can not believe the negative comments on here. The Pharmacy and Staff are wonderful. I do not care how busy they are - they ALWAYS make sure I have what is needed. I may have to wait, but that happens in every pharmacy. I would not go anywhere else- EVER. We have been going to this location for probably around 8-9 years now. Emily the pharmacists, is smart, professional and always has time to help. Even if the pharmacy is slammed- line all the way down the isle, she always speaks to me and really is one of the nicest people I have ever met. There is Skyler, and so many other staff technicians that are equally nice and professional. There is no way this place could be horrible- I would have seen it by now. They can not always hurry- you do understand that if they give the wrong RX it could kill someone. So- yeah sometimes the lines are slow...but 9/10 times that is because of a crazy customer. I love this store- again, would not go anywhere else."
