"The new staff are very confused and need better training, I always come here for my birth control and I had a terrible experience today with an older lady of Asian decent. Extremely rude with me for not understanding what all the new questions and procedures were about, normally all I have to do is give my name and birthdate and pay. She was refusing me my perscription and getting impatient with me when I was just confused…normally I’m in and out of there very quickly. Don’t come here if you want a quick and easy experience"

"Vons should be ashamed for allowing the horrible customer service at their pharmacy I just received. Called and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. When I arrived at pharmacy the technician couldn't find my prescription by the number and got rude and mouthy with me. Then they put back my prescription that I had filled the day before and said must be picked up same day only. Wanted to me wait for both to be filled again, when I called in advance to have them done. If your time isn't worth anything then go to this pharmacy. I will be transferring my meds across the street to CVS. I also contacted corporate to let them know the horrible experience I had. Let's see if they care and contact me to apologize."

"I actually don’t do this but yesterday unfortunately I was witness of how the manager of the pharmacy yelled at one lady that just get there for her meds. The lady looked tired and was unable to walk by herself. The pharmacist just got out and started yelling like crazy that the lady doesn’t had the right to rush her. The lady didn’t even say anything at all. She was rude and very disrespectful to the lady. I will never fill my meds in there. They are just unprofessional and mistreated people. I wish I could help that lady but I could not do anything about it."
