"The pharmacist there I believe his name is Steve is the most incompetent person I’ve ever had the miss pleasure of talking to. He referees to himself as being more professional than the doctors who he deals with daily. What a joke no wonder Walmart’s are losing business. For some unknown reason the pharmacist there feels like they have more and better education than Doctors Public be aware DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE"

"We are a high-maintenance family with around 10 prescriptions which need to be filled each month. Walmart has consistently been very helpful and even gone out of their way to help us resolve a billing problem. We love the Bloomington Walmart Pharmacy!"

"This place is a joke! can’t expect much I guess, it is Walmart. This place can’t seem to keep popular medications in stock. 4th time now, I have been unable to refill a medication on the refill date because Managment obviously doesn’t know how to keep the place stocked, I used Walgreens before, if they didn’t have it, they would overnight it. Not Walmart, they tell me; “we should get some more in around 1-2 weeks.” Really? Glad it’s not a blood pressure medication or something thats pretty important. The day prior, I called to check and they said if I waited they could refill the full prescription the next day instead of giving me a partial refill (which I don’t think is technically okay)? they told me they would have it filled the next day, so I decided to be patient. I get there the next day and they tell me they don’t have it and it will be 1-2 weeks. A phone call would have been nice so I didn’t count on what was said the prior day then drive in to come and grab it. Horrible service, didn’t even offer to check another place. Done! Don’t use these people at all!! Such a crock of bs ."

"When my husband called to get a prescription renewed the gal said, " We don't have that prescription," with a grumpy attitude. Our last pharmacy, in another city, was so happy to help you in any way that they could. They were glad to see you and acted like they liked you. This one acts like you are putting them out and won't even call the doctor to get the prescription renewed."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. This was a horrible experience. I waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, even though they looked at me they did not acknowledge me. Then they said my prescription was fake and had to call the doctor. After that they said it would take 10-15 minutes and I would get a text message. After an hour I did not receive a text message and I finally went to the front and they got it filled. I would suggest never going to Walmart. I would go to Harmons in a heart beat even if it is out of my way."
