Reviews
"Rude staff. Unhelpful. Closed often. Acts like they're a small town pharmacy."
"Always have my prescriptions ready. Right after I left my doctors office they had all 8 of prescriptions ready for pick up."
"Had to call their customer service line. She was rude and snappy, could hear how very annoyed she was. Did not help at all. She refused to help though I had verified my information given her permission to get in my account etc. So now I'm locked out of the account and no way of getting back in. This place needs to be better at customer service and trained to handle hard of hearing customers."
"They told me 30-35 minutes. After 40 minutes, they told me 5 more minutes. Ended up being 65 minutes total. I don't care if it's gonna take an hour to fill prescriptions. Just tell me that from the beginning. Or at least tell me "Hey, we expect 30-35 minutes but it could be an hour." Great. Here's my phone number. I'll go home and wait. What's so hard about filling a prescription, anyways? Ya drop a few pills in a bottle, slap a label on the side, print some information that nobody ever reads, and kick it out the door. 0/10 Would not recommend."
"This is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Not only are they super rude and act inconvenienced when dealing with them, I had to get a prescription transferred temporarily, and they gave me the wrong dosage. I hadn’t realized it at first, but after getting horrible headaches and feeling like I had the flu, I realized they gave me double the dosage I was supposed to be getting. I was horrified. My husband called, but they did not answer. He left a message explaining the severity of our situation. Never received a call back. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen."
