"Fusion pharmacy has dropped the ball. My first prescription took 7 days to receive. My 2nd prescription has taken 20 days so far to receive and it still has not arrived. I have now had a lapse in my medication course, which if you do your research is not good. Being misled with wrong tracking numbers, false projections, being put on hold for 15 minutes at a time to end up being misled again, to being hung up on repeatedly...Fusion pharmacy has a problem. Until the incompetency is addressed, buyer beware. Because Fusion pharmacy was praised by my doctor, I stuck with them...I have now gone with a different pharmacy and within 15 minutes my prescription was completed in hand. If Fusion pharmacy works well for you, great. If you are looking for a reliable, efficient, honest pharmacy, you'll have to look elsewhere."
