"My daughter been coming here for 4 years now. I can’t imagine her anywhere else. All the girls are amazing in their own way. They’ve shown my daughter nothing but care, love, and respect. Thank you girls for taking such good care of my daughter it mines the world!"
"I have been going to this daycare for years and I love it. My daughter loves this place and her teachers. Since Ive been taking my kids here for years now I’ve managed to make friends with some of the teachers here as well. They are very caring with all the children and are very great at communicating with us parents. Robins nest is a safe and fun place for our kids."
"I've been working at this daycare for over 4 years now. I have had my hours cut due to favoritism. Im one of the few who actually work and interact with the kids. Yet they won't even look at the cameras to back track and actually see how I am with the kids. I was close to being accused for certain things at the daycare and once I mention to look back on the cameras nothing was said after that. Some parents have recently seen me thought I had left the daycare but technically I never did. I've noticed that the job tries to start me a later time so I won't have any interaction with the parents and now the kids. They want me to work during only Naptime when the kids aren't even up to gain a bond with me. Even when I was just mentally drained do to the fact of being gaslighted with misleading promises, of more hours if more kids were to attend to the daycare. They disenroll kids for misbehaviour that is suppose to get improved by patience and growing bonds with a child. Yet, they are mainly busy talking about their personal life's and not watching the kids as you can see the previous comments. There is no guidance for the children at this location. The kids mistreat not only each other but the books are improperly used; they are chewed up or ripped. The kids throw toys in the trash and are not redirected majority of the time. Yet, the parents are blamed for the child's behavior. I've helped in many ways of agreeing to every schedule change. When my schedule was changed drastically for the first time for almost two years, not one person was at least concern if my kids have ate that night nor other nights. This is a daycare if the employees are getting misleaded think about how your children are secretly getting treated at this location. It took to the point I had no choice but to work two other jobs including the daycare, to get my life back on track. I've been told why not just leave? But honestly it's hard when you know the kids adore you and know at least there's someone they can feel comfortable to be around with. The employment here only cares for those who are in a loop of gaslighting. HR has no control over the environment and directors constantly leave from here. The employees basically have control of the daycare not the director nor HR. Yes, I know my name is visible no need to hide any facts."
