"Great spot for coffee, but that's about it. Not going to lie, I'm there daily and the staff is amazing. The thing is is that I constantly get parked for legitimately no reason. I ordered a cheese burger, one burger, a single solitary cheese burger, at 1pm today and got parked. For a cheese burger at a fast food restaurant that specializes in making cheese burgers. The thing is is that a cheese burger is not enough for me to wait around for, so I just drive away pissed and missing a snack. Lesson here is that this location is for coffee only."

"In my 60 years I have been doing a lot of McDonald’s born raising Cali moved out to Nevada for a while. Had McDonald’s all over the valley now I just bought a beautiful home in Arizona where I have been a lot of McDonald’s. I seem to have a problem with the large caramel frappe Get them all the time each one is made a little different. You can tell the ones that care the ones that don’t the other day I was at McDonald’s on deer Valley which is right next to my house well, not sure I believe it was, this young man that made my Frappe and accidentally someone gave me a chocolate shake. I was like I need a frappe please I didn’t order the chocolate shake and I handed it back to the young man. He tells me I’m so sorry sir and he asked me if I wanted the chocolate chip and I was thrown off a little bit , I’ve never had that happen and he looks I’m like no man just a frappe now and he’s like are you sure you don’t want the chocolate shake and hand it back to me tell me one minute sir was 30 seconds and he hands me the absolute, best caramel frappe I’ve ever had His name was Eddie young man works at deer Valley McDonald I highly recommend going there and saying hi to Eddie. Hope corporate read this because the young man definitely deserves a raise and maybe the bosses parking spot for a month lol yes I know I’m very long-winded. Thank you for reading. "What an amazing experience! I have not been able to say that about any McDonald's in the last 5 years. Willie made our experience phenomenal! Whatever you are paying him, you should double it! It was my daughter's birthday and he sang her happy birthday and made her feel extra special. She turned 4 today! There was a little error with our order, but he made it correct and interacted with his team in an amazing way. You can tell his employees respect him. Thank you for making our night great!"

"Big Mac was terrible, tough, old,. I called 9 times, they kept answering and hanging up. I finally spoke to a female, told me I needed a receipt and hung up on me while I was asking for a manager. I called back and no answer. The food is always bad here. It's very close to my house. By the way there is a Wendy's across the street.. better food, better prices and their French fries are fresh."

"The food here is trash, they take forever to bring your food out even with no line. Fries are either over cooked SO hard and crunchy or half filled- i happened to get the 3 for 1 special tonight and the fries are both over cooked and skimped. This location can't handle high volume requests while providing consumable food. At this point I'm just donating my money."
