"Let me first say that I love Pureheart church and community. My boys attended this preschool with the former director (Rachel) who was wonderful , timely, and very quick to respond to any parent concerns/request. Since maternity leave, I stepped away from preschool for a year and wanted to sign back up. Since the new director (Sarah) has taken over, I have called repeatedly, emailed, left voicemails, and even stopped in to inquire about re-enrollment , and.....nothing but crickets. I understand if business is going well and new attendees aren't needed , but as a longtime Pureheart supporter, i would've appreciated a simple call back or some option of a waitlist. I hope no one else experiences this because it takes away from the quality of how a Christ-centered school should respond to the public. Hope this is helpful to management and staff going forward.
