"I very seldom go to a walk-in Starbucks because I hate that packed-in feeling that some of the stores have but this one was very efficient in moving the orders out so customers weren't waiting too long. The folks who work there were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy!"

"My go to Starbucks near work. They are normally incredibly busy being close to Midwestern but have never had an issue with waiting an extended period of time for any food or drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and works well together to get orders out quickly."

"English muffin sandwich was a little chewier than expected & if you are a long time patron, I think we should all agree the atmosphere is not what it used to be. But this location had exceptional service! I attribute that to a couple more mature workers than is usual lately."

"The person taking my 12 year old son’s order made it very difficult and confusing for him when he was trying to order a small blended peppermint mocha. We received our food and tea promptly but never received the peppermint mocha. When we were done with the food, i went to the pickup area and asked about his drink. Not one of the 3 people standing there even looked at me or acknowledged me. A few seconds late one said was it a cafe order. A few seconds one said it’s here in the mobile orders. At this point I am frustrated so I say, “oh, gosh”, not loud but frustrated. Then one of the employees who didn’t look at me ir acknowledge me the entire time, yet was the closest to me says “have a nice day” sarcastically, as if I am the wrong. I have been coming here for years and have never been treated like this. I have noticed that someone is always making sure the mobile orders are in check but nobody seems to care if you receive your entire cafe order. Different people bring out different items and don’t see that you get everything."
