Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

"This location is popular for younger children, the later hours of the evening. Its an attractable location. However unfortunately the staff at this location can't follow direction of their takeout orders or their drive-thru orders. I have done take out at this location many times through the drive-thru and 13 out of 15 times they're forgetting something out of the order. Usually my order isn't more than for two people. Maybe three. It's pretty upsetting when you pay for food you don't get. Especially when you have trust in the brand. You drive away thinking you have everything you need. You get home, again from a location not around the corner, to find out you're missing and Item or two. If this was a one-off thing it wouldn't be such an issue, but the fact that it happens that often it's pretty sad. They're definitely needs to be a second look at the staff working the windows. There seems to be a lack of understanding when it comes to written requests on simple food orders. Other than that the food is amazing. But I definitely should have double check my order before pulling away. I am partially a fault here."

"Experience was good staff was friendly. Ordered 2 four finger combo I was disappointed when it came to the canes sauce only having one in it, and being the same size that is in the 3 finger box. And having to pay an additional $.86 to purchase two more canes sauces because there was not enough sauce with my dinner. larger dinners require more sauce."

"My second time eating at a Cane's Chicken. This atmosphere was LOUD. I had to wear my Loops for the entire time. 2 out of the 4 orders we had were wrong. When I brought this to the cashier's attention I was given a snarky look. She then went back to talk to the man on the line about correcting my order. They had a good laugh at the fact it was something minor. The crew were more worried about getting everything out the door rather than it being right. The tables were sticky and grimy. The floor near the fountain was sticky. The sweet tea and regular tea were mislabeled. Over all, unless you want loud, dirty, and incorrect orders, I'd suggest going to any of the other restaurants in the complex."

"Ordered 6 piece with fries. Chicken was just ok. Nothing crazy to write home about. Kind of soggy. Not that crispy. Fries were absolutely soggy and flavorless. I would not eat here again."

"Dinner time was a busy time for the drive-thru, so we went in and ordered which was pretty quick. We got two caniac combos and the chickens fingers were nice and tender with a perfect amount of crisp to it- the sauce is a great addition since the fingers on their own don't have much flavor, which was also the case for their coleslaw. Regardless, the meal was still good and I'm sure we will visit again when we are having a lazy evening."
