"People who work there don't take their job seriously, making mistakes and not listening to people! Especially the one with Indian accent... absolutely terrible! File a complaint about them!"
"I went in with my toddler trying my best to listen to what was being said to me, and trying to understand what I was filling out. As if I wasn't already having a hard time, I was spoke to in attitudes right off the bat when I was called to be helped. only 2 ladies I quickly spoke to at the front desk were kind and interacted with baby so I could fill out whatever I had missed. Shout out to them for having human decency! The others could work on their manners/attitudes."
"If I could give less than 1 star I would, horrible service doesn’t answer phone calls even when they want to “interview” you sent in my paper work EVERYTHING they asked for and still nothing! If you hate your job that much find a different one!"
"They have helped me so many times with the paperwork I have to do. They also never judge anyone. They have always been polite and helped. I like them. Go here if you have anything you have to question with all the scary paperwork. They helped me and my father. They also helped my husband.they have veterans service there. Good place. Always nice. Not too long of a line."
"Went to get a replacement EBT card after mine was lost. The process was fast, in and out within 25 minutes. The lady that helped me was pleasant and professional. Bathroom is locked but I'm sure there is a good reason for it in that neighborhood. Overall, experience was a good one. I'm older now and have a lot more patience standing in line at the food stamp office. Long waits come with seeking government assistance. It's the price we all pay."
