"EXCELLENT food, but the staff certainly could use a course in "CUSTOMER SERVICE" a worker who attempted to take my order was RUDE, I asked for a Manager. She said she was "The Manager". Later I went back to order some more food, and saw & heard the "So-called Manager" telling her co-workers what she did and how "STUPID I WAS" to believe she was the manager, then I did confront the Manager on Duty about what has happened, and I was told that her worker handled the situation properly. I have NEVER BEEN SO BELITTLED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I have notified Corporate about this, because I felt APPALLED at how I was treated, and NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. SOMETHING I BELIEVE McDonald's IS & SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF!!!"

"Have me waiting in the drive-thru for more then 10 mins never took my order the car that came in after me ordered and drove forward as for me reversed telling myself never to returned thank you no thank you poor customer service call to talk to manager and no one pick up the phone made me more upset will recommend my family and friends not to come to this location ever"

"I went there a couple days ago. In the morning time (around 8am) the little girl working in the front had a nasty attitude for no reason. We ordered, everything came back nice, but jeez that girl needs to work away from people since she doesn’t know how to speak nicely or just pretend she likes her job. We just expect the same amount of respect back, we were kind and speaking nicely but she just had a bad attitude. We dined in that morning."

"This was one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. After a long day of moving, I wanted to get a fish sandwich for my 2.5 drive back home. I ordered the meal, and the worker rushed me through my order. I ordered it, PLAIN, only cheese. Waited 5-6 minutes for it, got it, and asked if it was plain. Worker stated it wasn't, and they would make me another. No problem, things happen. Waited about another 4 minutes and handed the bag. No reason to check, right? Started driving down the road, opened the bag, and the sandwich looked like it had EXTRA tartar sauce. I turned around, waited in line AGAIN, drove to the window and all of the workers were gone.... Worst McDonald's Ever!!!"

"Ordered through the app. When we got home I was disgusted and disappointed. I paid a lot of money for the quarter pounder deluxe burgers. They were cold and just thrown together. We checked in and had to wait about 15 minutes for our food to come out. But it is McDonald's and this is usually what you get from them. Just look at the picture. I honestly don't see anything special that makes this burger so expensive. Not worth it all all!"
