"It’s papa John’s can’t give a 5 because it’s a food chain business but it’s consistent and well made one of the better papa John’s in town. The staff is the one’s laying down the toppings and making sure it’s correct. This place is great at that."

"So I've given this place many chances and it seems like it's not doing very well from very poor service to rude employees to very very very slow preparing times! It's been very hit and miss. Sometimes the pizza is great On a good day but more recently I've been seeing longer wait times and there are many people in the lobby to a bunch of cars taking up space in the parking lot waiting for their pizza. I put a request in to corporate and got a half acknowledge message from the store manager. With only so many places in this area should be thriving with business. Very poor management in my opinion. With not very skilled employees. better off going to a different store."

"Do not eat at this papa John's. It's not worth the money! We ordered online, and the tracker said the pizza was still preparing, called to see what was going on, they said they were waiting on door dash. The texts and emails I was getting said it was on them not door dash. They were running behind! 60 dollars and hours later I go pick it up! It's the wrong stuff crust pizza, and all of it is cold, and they kept the delivery charge as well as the tip!!!!!"

"NEVER ordering from here again... My daughter and her friends were coming over to our neighborhood to trick or treat and we wanted to order some pizzas and sodas. We knew halloween would likely be a busy day so we ordered 3 pizzas and 2 2-liters online in advance at 3:30PM to be delivered at 4:45PM. At around 5:15PM I called and spoke to a manager who, after struggling to find my order, informed me that my pizzas were currently baking, and that it would about 30 minutes before I receive my order. No apology was offered. After 6:00PM I called again and was told that my order was out for delivery, after some pressing she told me that there was only 1 other order with the driver so I should get my order any minute. Again, no apology from papa johns. My pizzas finally showed up at about 6:45, a full 2 hours late, and of course my sodas were nowhere to be found... The driver didn't apologize, just said "Bad news, I don't have your sodas". Of course I have no one to blame but myself, a grand total of $62.35 I'm calling "stupid tax" paid. Lesson learned. Avoid this place unless you're doing carry-out."
