"This company is the absolute worst ever! We rented a home for $8500 a month on a golf course. Mail box key was not the correct key so we requested the correct key. They told us we had the correct key. Their maintenance guy came out and had to break the lock because they didn’t have the key! Then the outdoor furniture chairs were weathered and broken. They sent over the same maintenance guy, without first ringing the doorbell he came around the back of the property looking through our windows and completely surprising us. The master shower flooded because the they didn’t have sufficient space to drain the water in the shower. So the whole bathroom flooded. Absolutely the worst experience with a rental/management company! Beware of these guys!!!"

"I’ve stayed at several Air bnb’s and this was the best by far. Close to the wedding venue we were attending and local restaurants. We were very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the condo. It had everything we needed and more! The owner was very friendly and responsive to questions. Gated community. It felt like home away from home. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Mesa AZ area."

"We have a large family and always book homes to stay in. From Florida to AZ and everywhere in between, this home has been our favorite. Being in an unfamiliar area we loved that this was a gated community with friendly neighbors. Our goal was to get the kids outside and off their devices and this home kept them busy. We had intense parent vs kids kickball games, bragging rights pickle ball games and biggest splash cannonball contests. We ended our nights by the fire pit enjoying stories from the day. We all stayed comfortably in the large home and with enough bathrooms, we never had to wait in line. The adults loved the laundry room as we stayed up to date on the laundry and went home with suitcases of clean clothes. Our "hosts" were very quick to respond and helped if/when needed. We hope to return in the future. Thank you for the best vacation yet. This one will be hard to beat."

"Great home! We stayed with our two kids and their kids aged 5&7. The house was absolutely awesome! We chose this house because of the pool and spa and it did not disappoint! The pool was really big with steps so that the little ones could play on the steps. We made s’mores with the fire pit, we putted around on the putting green. The location was perfect! 1.3 miles from a Safeway and lots of great restaurants and so quiet. We will be back!"

"Warning to property owners - stay away from this management company. Recently stayed at a remodeled home, in a nice neighborhood that was completely neglected. I feel bad for the homeowner as their property is no longer as described on AirBnB. Weeds were taller than my toddler, heat was broken, WiFi inoperable, housekeeper was running 40 minutes behind, advertised items missing. Really a shame to see."
