"Very mediocre for a courtyard. No courtyard which was weird, so no interior rooms. The info on the website was incorrect with regards to bistro hours. The staff wasn't very friendly. Not someplace I'd probably recommend."
"First and foremost, I want to personally thank Michelle for the incredible service! I had colleagues in town for two weeks in a row and we were provided with top notch service from Michelle. The quality of service not only exceeded expectations but was also genuine!"
"Stayed last night November 30th. Pretty sure Bistro bartender was too drunk to serve her customers! We sat for 25 mins with no service before we got up and left, sad too because it’s a really nice set up in there so much potential! Also room service barged into the room at 730a to start cleaning??! Check out is 11a! Who has left at 730a? This was our go to spot but think we’re going to be trying somewhere new next time. Marriott can’t offer motel 6 service for the price it charges and expect people to return."
"What strange thing, a Marriot Courtyard with no courtyard. Fairly new hotel, yet really just not one our best stays. You can't get there from the south. What poor planning. The check in was embarrassing. The lady was training a new employee, it was actually her first day. Being a training event I asked no questions. The experienced trainer gave me no paperwork. No big deal,I prefer no papers. But she didn't tell me when the doors locked, the pool hours, the gym hours, or if they even those amenities. She didn't tell me when breakfast was served, when the bar opened, when dinner was served, nothing. I get to the room and it has old school locks that you have to insert the key. Pretty lame for a name brand hotel. The room had the smallest refrigerator, which didn't work. The clock didn't work and there were no USB charging ports in the room. Needless to say, training was non-existent. But the hotel had pretty much everything, laundry etc. you just had no information. And she was training a new front desk person. We have dogs and we were assigned a room up stairs far from the elevator. When I asked the night clerk for a new clock he went into empty rooms on the dog row...but they had no working clocks either. A really marginal experience"
