Quality Inn Chandler I-10

"I arrived on Sunday, February 25th and I requested a room on the 1st floor, which I was provided. However, I’m almost 6’ tall and I was put in an old handicapped room. Of course, I could’ve asked to switch rooms, but I honestly didn’t feel like repacking and unpacking since I’m here until Friday, March 1st. Either the customer representative isn’t aware of what is in what room or didn’t care what room I got as long as it was on the 1st floor. She also did not ask if I wanted 1 or 2 keys. So, she only gave me one and when she gave me the other then the original key stopped working. I had to go to the desk twice and it wasn’t until the 2nd shift person arrived that she fixed both keys. I was extremely happy that there was a working fridge and microwave in my room. Thanks so much!! The lady that works the 2nd shift, Patricia, was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant!!! On the website it states breakfast is from 6-9, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I’m on the road at the latest 6:30 am. So, that has been a huge inconvenience to my stay, because I can never grab breakfast. I attempted to get coffee Monday morning and something orangeish-brown came out and it didn’t look good. So, now I can’t get coffee or breakfast. It also took up to 7 days to remove the $100 deposit for my room and then I got a $3 per/day surcharge added to my bill after my stay ($15). Also, one thing that I loved when I walk in is how good it smells. I don’t know what they use, but it always smelled fresh when I come back to hotel in the evening."

"I would have given five stars across the board stayed here for three nights staff was great especially the night clerk she was very accommodating the man that worked the morning shift changed my opinion completely he was very rude wanted to charge me $25 to take a waffle to the room to my wife who's a diabetic and needed to eat something I had to throw it in the trash he said "That makes no difference and don't look at me that way" like he wanted to fight a senior citizen made me feel uncomfortable had I not already paid I would have checked out right then .He has no customer service and shouldn't be at the front desk bad apples like that get places negative reviews no place does it say a $25 charge for food never stay here again due to 1 person we that stay here pay his salary and certainly don't want to fight someone over a meal luckily my wife had some fruit that kept her from going into a seizure there could have been and would have been had something happened to her because of this idiot the reason I booked this place was because of the convenience of having breakfast that is essential to my wife's health a matter of life and death for her anyone with health problems and getting up there in age understands that in my many years of travels this is a first for me and from now on I will make sure it doesn't happen again"

"The location is decent but that's about all the good I can say about this Hotel. The room I stayed in was incredibly tiny but at least it was clean. Probably clean because if you take food back to your room they want to charge you $25! Never in my life have I heard such a ridiculous rule. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is a first. Toaster didn't work, continental breakfast opens at 630 which is late in my opinion. Any workers or people travelling on business that's too late for them. The person at the front desk in the morning was less than helpful and seemed to be bothered just by being there. Also handle into my room wasn't working properly. I did report it in the morning so hopefully that gets fixed. Will be looking at different hotels in the area next time I visit."

"My thoughts and review about this place. The room was clean, breakfast was cold had to heat it up. Didn't have a bath mat my husband and I had to use the bath towel. Found a used bath mat under the sink I'm guessing the maid didn't clean well. The front desk was very friendly at check in. We didn't want to complain to the front morning employees looked unfriendly. Thanks for the stay.."

"Location was fine, room and service was terrible. My mother and I paid for one night though left within an hour. The elevator and room was sketchy yet we were able to ignore it until we got to the bathroom. There was a strong stench of bleach in the bathroom and half cleaned blood on the floor. We called the front desk about it and the worker was very rude about the situation. He obviously did not care and told us there were no more available rooms so we demanded a refund. He only offered a partial refund until we got upset and finally gave us a full refund. We left and luckily found another hotel near by."
