"Unfortunately reviews will not allow you to put 0 stars. This is the worst apartment complex ive ever had the misfortune of living in. October 2023 we called in about our A/C going out, and that did not end up getting repaired, it eventually caused more leaks and issues. December 2023, our sewage exploded into my closet and my kitchen. Feb 2024 (the day I unfortunately have to waste my time writing this) I woke up at 430am to go to work, as I walked out of my room I step into standing pools of water. Turns out, the last 2 times weve had plumbing issues they couldnt be bothered to fix it! So now I have lost multiple irreplaceable articles of clothing, days upon days of moving my possessions in and out of this apartment and managements response is "yeah nothing we can do to support, wait for the plumbers to get here" Unfortunately these folks do not care about their residents, they dont care about the well being or even health of their residents. I would rather be homeless than live here. I am about to live in an active construction site as their maintenance folks are going to be cutting open walls, plumbers are replacing pipes, hvac guys potentially replacing A/C components? Who even knows whats broken at this point, I can promise the management doesnt, because they couldnt be bothered to even fix this back in October like they should have. I would never suggest you rent in this complex. That only entails all of the issues im having with them in this sense, there are 20 total uncovered parking spots, people drive like maniacs, the front gate literally has never worked for me, along with my garage door opener that i have to pay extra for every month because of the lack ownership from this management. Hopefully one day someone buys this complex and levels it. Legitimately the WORST renting experience Ive ever had the misfortune of enduring."

"Very nice complex, very nice ladies in the office, maintenance guys are nice, clean and very prompt on getting things done. Complex is very nice!! Has a full gym with row machines, spin bikes yoga and spin studio. Large pool and hot tub. Has a doggy park and doggy spa. Has valet trash pickup as well and large garages. Love our apartment!! Very nice and clean!!"

"I have placed 2 request already to replace water filter in the gym & to lubricate some machines. It has not been completed yet. Been living here for almost a year and never have had an issue with maintenance requests. Another thing I would like to point out here, is the overall cleanliness in the whole complex. They only clean the front area, but they completely forget about the back of the complex. You will (often) find the hallways dirty. Leasing office should be more strict on how the trash is taken out for the Valet as you will find boxes, baby dippers, and other kind of loose trash outside residents’ doors & stays there for a couple weeks until someone puts a request to have it picked up by maintenance staff (You actually pay a community service fee “to keep complex clean”). Besides that, leasing staff members are very kind. Edit: 08/04/23 it’s been more than a month and they haven’t completed my request. Hallways are a mess with all the loose trash outside other resident’s door.. Everyone is nice in the staffing but they completely fail to keep all areas in the complex clean. I would give a 3/10 on cleanliness"

"In absolute LOVE with this place. The staff is phenomenal, the quality of apartments is unreal for the money. My husband and I were looking to rent for a year until the real estate market got back to normal.. I could very realistically see us being here for a few years though. It’s like living in a resort and the staff go above and beyond here! If you choose to live here, you won’t regret it!"

"We moved in about 3 months ago and the staff working at the Brio on Ray (which changes frequently) has lost interest in the residents. The complex is no longer under construction, but does not feel safe or finished; gates very often don't work or are stuck open, the management often refuses to accept responsibility for problems at the complex, there are many non-residents wandering around the complex at all hours of the day and night, and packages mysteriously don't arrive."
