"Do not move here. I repeat. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I'm paying $1800 per month for a poor quality apartment. I was promised a renovated and remodeled apartment when I first applied here. I've lived here for two years and I'm glad I'm ending my lease here this year. Everything I have has been used and not replaced. I've been living with cockroaches and they charge me monthly for pest control. I had to end up buying products to destroy the infestation of cockroaches. The pest control finally comes after me destroying the entire colony. My bathtub paint was already peeling after a month of living there and I put in a request twice to get it redone and still nothing. They make me pay 30 per month for a washer and dryer in my unit and it doesn't even work. I put a request in for it 4-6 times. I've done every thing the maintenance team has told me and they wont even replace or fix it thoroughly. The stairs to go up to my apartment has crumbled and so has other tenants. it's a safety hazard. I'm honestly tired of this place. I feel like I should be compensated for all the things I've had to fix myself. I've watched so many people abandon their units and left because they charge a lot for poor quality units. I'm done with this place. Response to owner: You just a broken record huh? You sent the exact response to my review to hundreds of other reviews. I've been down to that office hundreds of times. Filed many complaints. Requested for help. AND NOTHING!!!! This apartment is the exact meaning of "beautiful on the outside and ugly on the inside". Come on! Do better!"

"This place is truly the epitome of “The Landlords Special”. once you are roped in legally it becomes a whole nightmare. Here is a list of everything that went wrong during my 11 month lease: 1. My unit was NOT ready the day of move in, and I was not told this until I was at the complex to get my keys. I was then promised the unit would be ready by the next morning. The unit was NOT “ready” until the evening of the next day, after business hours, and by then it was still dirty. 2. Every single one of my appliances (and the AC) broke during my lease. My oven/stove quite literally EXPLODED the day I moved in. I did not receive a new oven until 6 months into my lease. 3. Was promised a $500 referral bonus for having my friend also sign a lease- we were told no special paperwork needed to be filled out only to find out there WAS paperwork we needed to fill out and I was not given the promised bonus despite a service failure from the leasing agents. 4. Office constantly ignoring my messages, emails, and maintenance requests getting deleted out of my account before they were fixed. 5. Being charged $400 upon move out for “overstaying my lease” even though I moved out 3 days before my lease was over. I have tried contacting the office several times to fix this and have been ignored. I also encourage whoever is reading this to read the other reviews about the insane COCKROACH INFESTATIONS. Thankfully, I did not have an issue with this but the other experiences people had are UNACCEPTABLE and NOT SURPRISING of this horrible, horrible place. I have lived in many different apartment complexes in the valley and never in my life have I worked with a more unprofessional, apathetic, and money hungry complex!!! Please stay far away!!!!"

"This review is for Aldrian the best maintenance worker at Autumn Creek Apartments. I have lived here since November 1st 2023. Aldrian has been so respectful to me. Saying yes ma’am, no ma’am every time we speak to each other. He’s the absolute best for customer service. He makes me feel like a valuable tenant here. He does a great job each and every time he has to fix something for me… He cleans up after himself too, he doesn’t leave a mess.I repeat, the best maintenance worker ever!!!!"

"I toured this place a few weeks ago and it looks very nice. Chris gave a very thorough tour and he was so sweet and helpful. I do have to say, it was a bit pricey for what you get. The studios/1 bedrooms are quite small and still would be able $1500/mo after utilities, fees, and taxes. Also not every unit includes a washer or dryer. I decided not to go with this apartment for multiple reasons but none of them have to do with the staff. Everyone in the front office was very very nice."

"This place is infested with roaches. I recently just moved out and had to toss everything to avoid bringing any to my new place. I connected with management about the infestation and the only response I got was that they will do a treatment on “Wednesday”. Never happened. They don’t care period. The roaches don’t care. Don’t move here. The pictures they advertise are awesome. Looks can be deceiving"
