"I just wanted to take a second and acknowledge what a fantastic choice this was. I moved here from out of state and rented the apartment sight unseen and I was very nervous about doing that as I’m known to be a tad picky and high maintenance but I just always want things to be perfect; I can’t help it! I was not disappointed with Summit Lake! I LOVE the property, it is so beautiful and serene and quiet .. . Peace is the primary word that comes to mind. The pictures honestly don’t do the place justice. The grounds are very kept up, the landscaping is beautiful and of course, the amazing lake surrounding the property is just about the best thing ever. Every neighbor I encounter has a big smile and a nice hello for me. It feels like a community and not simply an apartment complex. There’s no shenanigans or weird stuff going on. Just nice normal people. The unit itself was immaculate upon move in. Such a fresh positive bright vibe. I greatly appreciated being met at the apartment when I arrived to go over any possible issues so they could be addressed immediately (no issues) - everything felt bright and new. I appreciate how they turned the apartment over with fresh white paint, brand new carpet and sparkling appliances. If you are thinking of moving from out of state sight unseen, please know the property is even better than the photos - take it from me…a hard to please person that was beyond pleased. Thank you!"

"The process of obtaining an apartment was quick and easy. So much better than the last place I was at! 5/5 Edit After Moving In: I am so happy with this complex after finalizing my move in. What great and understanding staff. The area is so much nicer and when you get a lease you know exactly how much you’re paying. This place actually does care for their tenants, and are not trying to add ridiculous fees. I really appreciate it after the previously complex I lived at. Still a 5/5"
