Every single time David arrives the same day (assuming it’s a weekday) and fixes everything quickly. He’s always very friendly and is willing to help with anything I forgot to mention in my original request."

"Shout out to the maintenance staff here!!! They came to my home and repaired everything that I put on the work order with quickness and made sure to clean up after themselves, rarely happens in previous places I’ve lived. Angel is very knowledgeable and always has the answers to my questions when I see him on the property, he explains everything with out hesitation and will stop what he is doing in order to give you 100 percent attention. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance staff are awesome! Thank you all for your professionalism!"

"We were in need of an apartment on short notice and from out of state. After an extensive search we narrowed it down to a few and Aaron won me over with his responsive and attentive emails - even sending balcony pictures without requesting to show how good of an apartment we were getting. The facilities and apartments are of course nice, but we needed something safe and with good management. I’d say this is by far the place to be! He helped us with all steps of the move in process and made corrections to the documents when needed. While we can’t speak to living there yet - you won’t be disappointed with the rental service you’ll receive. I’d highly recommend him to help through the apartment search process and these apartments for the amenities and location."

"I’ve lived here for awhile now, and I don’t have one complaint. Ayesha, Aaron, and Killie have been completely attentive and accommodating in every way. When you speak to each of them, they are completely engaged and ready to help you with whatever you might need. I’ve never encountered front office staff more genuinely concerned who are ready, willing, and able to help a tenant. All three are friendly and approachable, with excellent social skills. The facility is well kept, and personally, I’ve never any noise emanating from any other tenant’s unit, not even once. There are also great perks for residents; The building is very secure, the pool is clean and refreshing, and the hot tub is most likely the largest you’ve ever seen. The washer and dryer included in my unit both have such large capacity, it’s as though they’re commercial grade. The maintenance team has been completely helpful and quick to respond to any needs I’ve had. Be skeptical of one or two star reviews. Having had multiple interactions with the people that make this a great community, it seems as though people who left very negative reviews may have had one or two issues and misrepresented the complex as a whole. Bottom line: The staff is phenomenal, the facility Is clean, new, and packed with amenities and extras. My neighbors are great, and unlike at other complexes, I actually know them. Having rented at multiple complexes for over a decade, in my opinion, It is a well demonstrated fact that this is a superior choice. Five stars!"

"My AC has gone out 5 times. On the 3rd time they didn’t even call me back after I left an emergency maintenance message. I had to go all night WITH A CHILD without AC in the middle of a heat wave. Maintenance will enter your apartment without a heads up too. Have fun with that y’all! They do not care and I have yet to receive an apology. If that isn’t bad enough, the actual apartment complex is dirty. Dog poop everywhere, they dont enforce towing so prepare to have the parking spot you paid for, used by someone else. Trash is constantly overflowing as well. Counting down the days until my lease is up and I can finally be free from this nightmare. Don’t let the fact that this place is “new” trick you into believing it will be a nice place to live. I have had nothing but problems since day 1 and I know from my neighbors, I’m not the only one. Relying to their comment: y’all want me to reach out to you?!?!? As if I haven’t tried a million times? If you don’t answer my calls for an emergency maintenance request, what makes me think you’ll pick up for a google review? I appreciate the copy&paste response, but no. Living here is a joke & you won’t retain many residents with your poor management & lack of communication."
