"Pros: spacious rooms, nice grounds, friendly staff, laundry on site (free). Cons: we were in building 8, room 816. We did not have WiFi for the entire stay. I talked to guest services as well as the front desk and they both informed me that "the Internet is provided by a different party and here's the number." Okay. Why am I, a guest, calling to troubleshoot this? When I called the number they told me that they had numerous calls from the resort and they are working on it with no ETA. I had to sit on the sidewalk to work while I was there. The WiFi just didn't reach us in building 8. I doubt it ever works as the network wasn't even an option for us. Everything about this situation is unacceptable. I wasn't offered another room or a solution."

"Stayed here to attend a wedding. Location was convenient but that’s the nicest thing I have to say about this hotel. Parking is horrible. We had a suite in bldg 6 which has no parking. You have to park 1/2 mile away and they tell you that their staff is happy to drive you in a golf cart except I never saw this staff nor have time to wait around. We walked in formal attire in the rain to our car. It’s insane. We had friends even further in bldg 9 who were soaked and so was their luggage after walking that far. The room wasn’t clean. Filthy baseboards, just old and rundown. Front desk person that “greeted” us was less than enthusiastic and seemed like she wasn’t a people person at all. We stayed 3 nights and there were 3 of us in the suite. Only stocked with 1 day of coffee and not remotely enough washcloths. I don’t like checking in then immediately having to request supplies when they knew how long we were staying. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for the price we paid."

"This was our first stay at the Orange Tree Resort and needless to say we were very impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the property being very well maintained. Our room was larger than expected and, as in the rest of the property very well maintained. The condition of our room demonstrates to us and, I am sure other guests, the Orange Tree Resort has a top notch housekeeping staff. While we are not golfers the beautiful course explains the constant flow of people coming to and leaving the the resort. We are very grateful to our friends that allowed us to stay at the Orange Tree Resort my thanks to the staff for a great lodging experience."

"One of the best golf resorts I've ever been to in Arizona. Great place to hang out. Giant fire pits, pool table, piano, multiple bars, golf shop, golf lessons, it's a great place very beautiful views. I highly recommend checking it out. They had a really good deal for valentine's day couples. I wanted to get a room but they were booked. It's a popular place so if you want a room best to plan ahead. I'm definitely going to stay here when I come back to Arizona. It's worth spending a little more on where you are staying. Especially in Arizona, you have a lot of good and bad areas but rest assured this is one of the best!"

"We arrived in heavy rain. We received a super suite near the pool. A golf car brought us to the door. The suite is well equiped. The bed is comfortable. Everything is clean. We will stay here for2 weeks. So I will update the post later, but so far, the beat hotel room ever I have ever been. 4 stars hotel with lots of extras."
