"Location_ fantastic. Rooms-pretty good but lacking attention for Scottsdale standards. They don't have to-go breakfast like brochure say but it's good. Laundry requires old school quarters. Requires cash only. No card. See my video!"
"Rooms desperately need updating. They have tried to do updates, but they need a full on renovation. Even though hotel is meant to be non smoking, the room reeks of cigarette smoke and every evening we could smell cigarette smoke thru the air vents. Also, there were large dogs (german shepherds) staying in hotel, when dog size limit is meant to be 30lb. So not a lot of oversight by management. Wifi is messed up - you have to end up using the public wifi instead of guest. On top of all this you also get to pay $10 per day for parking to just park out in the open sun with no designated spot etc. Will not likely stay here again, which is a pity because location is good."
"Hotel is off a main road, but tucked away enough that noise is minimal/non existent. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodated all of our requests, and even had the pack n play for our baby all set up and ready for us when we arrived to our room. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel if we were to come back to the Scottsdale area."
"The GM Terry is a poor excuse of a general manager and obviously racist as well. Very unprofessional. The location of the hotel is amazing and the rooms are clean and spacious but that all means nothing when lines are crossed and you have not a hospitable bone in your body as a leader of “your establishment”. Mind blowing how people feel like can treat you however and not have any repercussions. I’m in awe. Was supposed to be here for 2 months and checking out at 2 weeks."
"My husband and I just had our first stay at the Residence Inn and we loved it so much we're going back for his birthday!! The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect!! Also the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as my husband has had a stroke and Joe, the manager made sure we had an elevator and we were welcomed by all!! Upon checkout, Kim also helped accommodate us!! The breakfast is awesome and the hotel is located next to lots of great restaurants and also museums that are a must see!! Thank you everyone and we can't wait for our next trip!!!"
