"We moved in about a month ago and have been very happy living at the Alexan (we were the first tenants to move in). Our apartment is very comfortable -- everything is brand new and looks great (especially the kitchen and bathrooms). The common areas are beautiful, and the pool should be fantastic when it is completed. Most important to us, our dogs love the dog park here in the community and there are good neighborhoods nearby for walks. The apartments are centrally located in Tempe and has easy access to both the 60 and the 101. We were a little concerned that the traffic from the 101 would be noisy but that has not been the case -- our apartment is quiet even though we are on the side closest to the 101. Finally, we have found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. Melissa, Kara, and Chloe have all been great to work with!"
