"Not a resident just yet but wanted to say my girlfriend and I had a great experience with the application process and the leasing management we’ve spoken with. They were prompt with emailing us back and giving us information we requested. They are really professional. It appears we have been approved and we are awaiting an email in May to finalize the lease and move in shortly after once our apartment is available! Really excited to be living here soon and from everything we’ve seen and heard online it seems like a great place. Once again, the staff that assisted us have been great and I want to say thank you to everyone who helped us out so far with our application!"

"Application process is completely automated so your numbers have to be perfect to get approved. Even if you do good luck staying the entire lease. There are too many students and you'll be lucky to get some peace and quiet."

"I had bad experience with leasing here. I have request to add my name in lease & I paid all necessary fees 3 weeks ago. When I call leasing office to connect with me to the person handling my application they always said to call me back but never call back. It's 4th week since I paid application fees & when I asked for the status the response was we raised the ticket & we don't know when it gets resolved as we manage 800 properties. They can't do anything until ticket resolved. The lady was very rude & does not ready to listen. Disgusting experience."

"We had some issues with our water pressure and Geno was able to come and immediately got it fixed. He was very pleasant and even recommended some other things be called in and fixed and that as soon as I get them placed he would immediately come back get them fixed for us! Great person and great service!"

"I moved to Tempe Station about 3 months ago. The apartments are renovated, modern and spacious. It is very quiet and safe here. The staff here are amazing towards their tenants and pets. The property is beautiful and very clean, especially the pools. Roberto- maintenance manager and his team are awesome, they always have treats for pets. This is most definitely a 5 star property. If your looking for safe, quiet, friendly and a beautiful home, come to this property."
