"My experience at vue apartment complex varied, the management was willing to work with me. The issues that I had is that it advertised to young college students due to its closeness to ASU, but there is a large elder community that watches your every move. I had the displeasure of a neighbor who would constantly keep track of my movement, and the walls are very thin. I would constantly hear them arguing. It got to the point where i filled a police report, because the elderly neighbor kept commenting on when I was leaving my apartment. They tried to blame barking on my service animal, when it’s their two animals who barked constantly. I believe the issue was I kept to myself and did not try to become “best friends” with my next door neighbor. There is also no weed smoking, but they would constantly break that rule but nothing would be done by management. I would not recommend this place if you are a young collage student. the demographic is closer to an old folks home. i’ve already moved to another complex, due to being threaten."

"I just moved in last week and am loving it so far. The application process was quick and easy. Suami helped me and she was awesome. She went the extra mile to help me get the special rate that was going to be over by my move in date and got me a great unit overlooking the pool. 10/10 experience"

"I didn't even have to rent to tell this place is awful. First they get mad when I ask the difference between classic and modern. When I take the tour I see a mailbox, so I ask about packages. My job is tech so I get special tech ordered via package. Their response? "You'd have to be at home but honestly normal residents don't order packages, only people who have nothing better to do in their lives do that." Excuse me? That's pretty rude to say to someone. So I respond politely "well I have a lot going on in my life, but thanks anyways". I promptly ask for my ID back and in my car I ripped the rate sheet, as I won't be needing it. When I first arrived in the office a couple asked about a phone number and was told they no longer use that number. Seems communication to residents isn't very top notch. No thank you, I don't like the idea of management thinking I'm just some subhuman that has nothing better in their lives, and I certainly don't want to deal with mismanagement either."

"Vue 19 is affordable and located right next to the Light Rail, super convenient! Quite complex with friendly neighbors. I genuinely love this apartment so much! I love the amenities and included utilities. When reading other reviews, I noticed roach complaints which made me nervous. However, there is only a couple of tiny bugs here and there. My only complaint but everywhere you live will have bugs. The complex offers a service to have someone spray your apartment for free once a month. So even if there is a bug problem, the apartment complex will take care of it within a week. I overall really love my apartment and this complex."

"Worst apartment complex I’ve ever had the dissatisfaction of living in. Maintenance and staff act like immature children who will make a ton of noise and disturb the peace and quiet every single day, after using the words “peace and quiet” to get us into the lease. Issues inside the falling apart apartments that have been there since before move in have gone unfixed for the ENTIRETY of my lease, however we still have to listen to the obnoxiously loud maintenance men every day. They start pointless, eyesore projects, then will just abandon the project and not make progress for months, leaving the place looking like a hard hat zone. If you value peace and quiet, or are looking for a home to call a “home”, then avoid this place like the plague."
