"Worst place I could have imagined living, bugs all year round, whether it’s roaches, gnats, fruit flys, whatever. All appliances and amenities are installed poorly, either crooked, loose, or broken. Entire building is super old so plumbing is always having issues, making them shut off the water all the time, the gas line broke, so been without gas for the stove and such for a month now. Outside of apartments are filthy, walkways infested with who knows what. And the people that live there, oh my god, there’s a few good ones but majority are dirty, disrespectful, or straight up don’t care about anything. If you want to enjoy your life and not ruin it, don’t move here (Valerie seems to be the only competent one in the office, so if you need something, talk to her)"

"I want to thank Valerie for being so helpful through this process. After a traumatic period I found myself in need of a new home. She was patient and very knowledgeable with this transition. Unfortunately, this place does have a lot of issues. No gas for over a month and a half water leaking from the roof beer and cigarette buds everywhere and now there are two access points. You cannot access because they are digging up concrete holes in the parking lot and thieves that live here and watch you as you come and go."

Apartments are located in great area, very convenient and walking distance from stores, and restaurants. Apartment is newly renovated, everything is new and works well. Valerie is great in everything she does, very professional and customer oriented for all possible apartment issues tenants might have."

"I love the new floor plans in the renovated buildings, they are really nice! Washer, dryer, flooring and appliances were brand new at time of installation. The property manager, Valerie, is approachable and keeps a positive attitude through challenges. She is directly involved with residents on a daily basis & strives to take care of everything in a timely manner because she cares about the community"

"I called the health department, my experience has been so unreal! I was deceived by the good reviews posted on here. I pray the management reads this because it has to change. During my few months living here, my family has had to deal with plumbing issue after plumbing issue. Drugs and paraphernalia being left out in public spaces, roaches, and the pool being shutdown and unusable for health concerns for nearly a month! I will say that I appreciate Valerie in the front office for making this situation manageable. She has gone to bat for me and tried to get things handled as quickly as possible, within her scope. But the issues are not hers. The first week we moved in Our toilets were clogged/unusable for an entire weekend on two different occasions. It was not taken care of quickly and the whole house smelled awful! I tried to take care of it however I could. We had to leave the house anytime myself of my children needed to use the restroom. -our bathroom ceiling was leaking and the ceiling ended up FALLING OUT because of the amount of water. We used up our own towels trying to keep our belongings dry. I had to go up to the apartment above ours to ask them to please not use their own showers because it was flooding our apartment below. Some of our decor and photos were damaged. Once they finally opened up the walls, I saw black mold and when I brought it to their attention, I was told that it was “not mold.” A few months have gone by and now this problem that was “fixed” is showing water damage and leaking out of our walls again. -the water damage is everywhere on the property, they have had to call a company to come fix a leak outside the apartment building that was flooding the entire sidewalk and parking lot. -problems with the air conditioning at the beginning of the summer that took nearly a week or two to finish! No a/c for two weeks. -There are roaches everywhere since we moved in. Pest control and all the extra money I have spent on my own pest supplies does not make a dent in the infestation. Pest control comes weekly and it’s still an issue. I buy my own traps and supplies, and clean my house everyday, it does not improve. I think I am out of space to type, but I feel awful that I brought my family to live in these conditions. I was told “we shouldn’t have to live this way” by the property management my first week here, and not a thing has changed. Very sad and I am doing what I can to prevent others from getting into this. There are numbers you can call for tenant advocates. Call them. This is not ok."
