Shoreline at the Lakes

"I've lived here for over 10 years. I am beyond happy here at shoreline at the lakes. What makes me stay here is not only the area and everything so close by but WHITNEY! Whitney in the front office is beyond AWESOME! She is so caring and takes the time to hear our concerns. If there is a problem in the apartment she takes the time to come by to let us know it will be fixed and if there is anything we need do not hesitate to call her. She has been her for us since day one. Whitney has the best attitude each day and she really is the reason we are staying here another year. She really works with the tenants here and always reminds us to reach out if we ever need anything. She is on it the minute we tell her anything is needed. We have been through a few apartments managers here at the complex but by far Whitney has been the best. She has a warmth each time you talk to her and always shows empathy to any situation. She assures us that we will be okay if there is ever a problem. She really makes me feel safe here and assures us we will have a home. She is always willing to work with anyone in a situation. I can't thank Whitney enough and a big thank you to shoreline at the lakes for bringing Whitney onboard!"

"I absolutely love living at Shoreline at the Lakes! The location is convenient, with easy access to shops such has Frys and Target and also restaurants like The Porch and Doc N Eddies! The pool are beautiful and clean! The staff is always friendly, property manager, Whitney,explains everything I ask in detail and the maintenance are responsive to any maintenance requests. Plus, the neighbors are great, creating a real sense of community. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!"

I've always had a quick turnaround time with maintenance, and they are very professional. I was concerned about the location, but actually it's been great! We've gotten to know some great people in the complex, this is a good find."
