"Best move in experience I've ever had a year ago. Nicole and Caitlin are very professional and very kind. I've rented quite a bit and have encountered a lot of rude people. The entire process was seamless as was move in day. I had one small thing needing a fix and Phil the maintenance guy just stopped and fixed it immediately. Folks you just don't service like this anymore. Kudos to Mark Taylor for hiring great people. It makes such a difference and you can tell by how happy my neighbors are to be living here. I've been here now a year and a half and there are new staff up front Hannah and Sheila and they too are freaking fantastic and Phil and Beto are still top notch and unmatched with their quick responses with repairs and professionalism. They keep up on repair, landscaping and the amenities. I just hope they some day consider electric chargers. PLEASE! You wont be making a mistake moving here and the prices are what really keeps me here as well! No they didn't pay me or bribe me to post this, I keep it real."

"Has one of the best maintenance crews of any apartment I have lived at. Washing machine not working, they replaced it within 2 days (I'm on the 3rd story too so props for lugging it up).Dryer was not drying clothes after 2 cycles, they came out and inspected it, unkinked the hose line that was trapping the heat. Clothes dry in 1 cycle now. Wasp problem reported, pest control contacted who came out and sprayed. No more wasps. Saw a brand new AC unit being hoisted up by a crane the other day meaning they obviously take care of their property, but more importantly their tenants. Things get done around here after you submit a request and shout out to those that are handling them (maintenance and front desk). The water fountain, pool, and lawns are maintained around here. There is a sense of pride in this small community I see lacking in others. The office staff are cordial and helpful. As far as apartment itself goes, it isn't perfect, but close to it! Reality is there will be some scratches, scuffs, and dust if someone else lived there before, but for all intents and purposes, this is a great apartment complex to live at because of the helpful staff. Feels nice that I can actually trust them and things get addressed. It takes alot to run something like this, but it takes some actual business acumen and professionalism to do it well! Thank you for doing so in this day and age."

"My fiancé and I had a great experience moving in! Caitlin Garcia was so helpful throughout the entire process and great with communication! Love the apartments and everyone seems so friendly and it’s a nice little family community. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is being able to hear everywhere the people above me are walking. I know it’s an older complex and you are bond to hear things but I didn’t think I would hear every time they walked around. Other than that this place is really great!!:)"

"Fantastic- the remodel of the apartments is beautiful, and the staff are all extremely kind and professional. Mark Taylor is the best rental company and I am so glad that I went back to a Mark Taylor after a poor experience with my previous 2 landlords that I rented from. Mark Taylor is the gold standard for how rental companies should be managed! I am very happy with my apartment and all of the staff. Mark Taylor is an excellent company that I have rented with many times in the past, and I always have had the best experience when I have lived in at a complex owned by this company. Other apartment and home rental companies need to use Mark Taylor as a model for how they do their business, because you guys know what you are doing and are doing things the right way. I have always felt appreciated as a customer at Mark Taylor, and have always felt that pricing/ fees etc were always very straightforward and fair.
