"My wife and I had a great 2 years at Sky. The best amenities in the apartment are the pool, clubhouse, and gym. The staff are very friendly. The only issue is that they don't have a camera for the parking just outside the gate. Our car was hit-and-run and their CCTV couldn't catch anything."

"Do NOT move in here if you plan to ever have someone visit with pets. Went to visit a friend briefly and my pets got down with me and they checked the cameras and fined him 350 dollars. No warning, nothing. Apparently it states on the lease but it’s definitely something that needs to be pointed out and vocalized. Like no visitors allowed with pets that aren’t on the lease at all, not allowed to get down and use the bathroom absolutely Nothing !"

"This place is so expensive for what it is. The apartment has had a bug issue since we moved in - pest control comes weekly and there’s still an issue. Everything is so so so so poorly and cheaply made. Beware that you will constantly hear your upstairs neighbors because of how bad the insulation is. They find a way to charge you for every little thing. They make you pay for valet trash even though they have such strict rules with what you can and can’t put outside. People drive extremely fast through the complex and management does nothing. I’ve had issues with our upstairs neighbors for months now and nothing has been done. The pool area is always disgusting and there are always randoms coming into the pool - non residents. They allow residents to have a bunch of junk on their balconies making the complex look cheap. The kitchen is so small and not to mention there’s 0 storage in the units. I highly suggest any future residents to look elsewhere."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for one year. When it comes to amenities this is probably the best I have experienced.On top of that friendly staff and management. To our surprise they refunded our entire security deposit which was not the case with our previous apartments."
