"I am writing to give much deserved recognition to the fantastic maintenance staff at The Aubrey apartments. Over the past few months, I have been continuously impressed by their hard work, responsiveness, and friendly attitudes. A few months back, I noticed Theo working tirelessly over the weekend to drain and refill the pool to keep the water clean and safe for residents. His preventative maintenance and explanation of the process demonstrated his dedication. Similarly, I see Justice diligently cleaning the hot tub and pool every day. Recently when I submitted a maintenance request during a work trip to have my door adjusted and a kitchen cabinet fixed, the issues were resolved within hours of my request which exceeded my expectations. The newest addition to the staff, Jay at the front desk, has also been accommodating and helpful. When I needed a replacement key made urgently, Jay went out of his way to have it made quickly around my schedule. The entire maintenance team including Ryan, Theo, Justice and Jay have supported all my needs and requests with speed and friendliness whenever required. Their commitment to the property and residents is evident. The Aubrey is lucky to have such an outstanding maintenance crew and I wanted to express my gratitude for making my experience here so positive. Keep up the fantastic work!"

"We’ve been here for almost a year and I have no regrets moving here. Kristen allowed us many times to tour before making our decision to move here and she worked hard to get us the unit we were wanting and the time we wanted to move in. Once moved in I’ve expressed daily my joy of living here. The location with its ease of highway access, walking distance from the Monorail station and parks is comparable to none. The neighbors are so pleasant and respectful which was an unexpected surprise. The office staff Daisy, Kristen and Jake and the maintenance staff are personable, professional and extremely helpful. Any time I’ve had an issue they were right on it. I truly appreciate living here and recommend anyone who is looking for a wonderful, beautiful and fun place to stay to come check it out. I don’t regret my move and hope to continue calling this place home!"
