They have many community events that are always super engaging and fun to participate in. You can always tell that time and effort are put in to create the best events possible. In the past year, we have added many plants to our home and won baseball tickets just from participating."

"Noria Luxury Apartments (part of the PB Bell Robson properties) is quite simply a beautiful community with wonderful apartments. Built in 2018 everything looks and feels new. New modern appliances. Outlets and data (Ethernet) jacks in every room. Very spacious with so many cabinets in the kitchen I can’t fill them all. Modern LED lighting. Overhead fans. Huge doors (you’ll have no problems getting your furniture in). Wood laminate floors in kitchen and dining room / front room. Contemporary colors. Noria is situated at McQueen and Germann, across the road from Tumbleweed Park. Public access tennis courts just across the street. Paseo Trail runs right next to the community and we’re only about a mile from Paseo Vista Recreation Park. Very convenient access to AZ 202 … it’s about one minute away after you get on the road! Ten minutes to downtown Chandler. Fifteen minutes to downtown Gilbert. Chandler Municipal Airport is a half mile away to the east. (FYI: Although there are no commercial flights, Chandler is home to a brisk number of private prop airplanes and a helicopter or two. This generates a modest amount of noise, but you barely notice it.) The pool is HUGE! Lots of pool recliners. Cabanas. Hot tub. They have little arches of water that shoot up and into the pool. Pool is five feet at the deepest point. Beautifully landscaped with palm trees and deciduous trees, lawns and stylish shrubbery. There’s an outdoor living room and two outdoor fireplaces. BBQs all over the place and I don’t know if someone just left their stuff but there are BBQ brush / scrapers near the grills so you can clean up after you’re done. A small playground on the east side of the community. A dog run as well. Covered parking for every unit and attached garages available. Then there’s the clubhouse. O.M.G.!! It’s also huge. Two gigantic rooms with comfortable stylish furniture. Six TVs scattered around. A pool table. And a game room that includes both retro and modern gaming consoles. And there’s an attached café that offers complimentary Starbucks coffee. And there’s a kitchenette so you can host large gatherings. They have a gigantic well-equipped exercise room and a SEPARATE room for yoga or dance. Large restrooms and a room for storing and/or repairing your bicycle. On almost a weekly basis they have food trucks come out. Nearly every month has a community event. And the office staff, cleaning staff, and maintenance staff are all excellent. I put in a maintenance request on the weekend and it was taken care of first thing Monday. The community is so clean and bright with ample uncovered parking both inside the gates and in front of the leasing office. And there’s a bunch of small things I really appreciate: HUGE windows. HUGE balcony. Concierge trash pickup right outside your door. Ice machine in the refrigerator shoots out ice! Water pressure is amazing. They have a deal with Cox where I’m paying 50% less for blazing speeds ($65 for 1 Gig!!!). Panoramic Wi-Fi throughout the entire community. I could work poolside because the community Wi-Fi is so fast! Five minute drive to pretty much every service you could ever want. And everyone, especially the residents, are so friendly and polite. I almost never hear my neighbors so either they’re super quiet or the walls are very well insulated. And you can hang stuff on the wall (so long as the whole is less than the size of a quarter) to your hearts content. Mount your TVs. Put up some shelves. Make it your home! And the kitchen cabinets are enormous … you’ll need a foot stool to reach the top shelves. The only minor complaints I have are about pool and clubhouse availability: Clubhouse closes at 6 PM when the office closes. This includes the café. Game room and pool close at 10 PM. I understand that closing the clubhouse at the same time as the office is a fairly common practice but I really wish it stayed open until 10 PM and that the pool would stay open until Midnight. Yes, I’m a night owl. I can’t recommend this place enough!"
