"I had a horrible experience here. When we moved in our pipes were clogged so dirty water would come up the drain into our sinks, showers and even our dishwasher making our apartment reek. Maintenance came out multiple times and claim they fixed it, but problem would continue. They even said that the dirty water draining into our dishwasher was normal. It took at least a week for maintenance to came out each time. Finally after over 6 months of this they had professionals come out and fix it, but our dishwasher was covered in filth and they expected us to clean it and use it. Also, cupboard doors constantly fall off, A/C was out for almost a month, our WiFi was horrible, washing machine was filthy, and they’ll charge you additional months rent if you submit your vacation notice late. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. AC didn’t work when I moved in. Washer and dryer didn’t work either. They finally replaced the ac unit and broke a light fixture doing it. They also didn’t replace the filters. They made a big hole in my kitchen wall trying to fix whatever is wrong with the washer. When they brought a different washer in it was filthy and stunk so bad I can’t do any laundry and it doesn’t even work. When I call the office they don’t answer. When I leave messages and emails they don’t ever respond. When I try to talk to them in the office they are rude and rush me out. So two weeks now and nothing has been resolved and nobody will help me I’m just in a mess of an apartment. I can’t even do laundry. The most frustrating part is that nobody will help me and it’s like they just don’t care. Such a disappointment. Here we go. I’ve called the cops twice this week because neighbors sound like they are killing each other. Shook my bedroom and wall throwing each other around. My gf stayed with me last night and was worried we would get a bullet through the wall. I don’t even feel safe here at this point. Office just blows me off like nothing. I could get hurt here. Don’t rent here. It’s not safe."

"Update! We haven't lived in this trash bin in a couple years. What's up with the pending charge on our credit? This place went up 600 bucks when we left. Left the place prestine. You're terrible people and obviously hurting bad. Stay away from this place if you have any common sense."

"Unfortunately, our experience has been terrible. We were owed a deposit refund of $2600, but despite our persistent efforts through emails travels to the leasing office, and phone calls, we received no money. It's disheartening to see our deposit essentially vanish into the air. We strongly advise against renting from this apartment. The managers were shockingly rude. Greystar doesn't care about the money and complaints at all. It's best to look elsewhere for more reliable and trustworthy options."

"1st photo is one of many of garbage on neighbors floor. Yes that is rotting milk going on four days now management notified three days ago. This has been going on for nine months with no action. Bugs, smell and having to view this every night returning from work . The best part is reactions of disgust. Is there any reason I can not add additional photos? PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!! There are much better places for the money. Make sure to know your rights as a tenant prior to renting place. Trust me nothing luxary living going on at RIVERSIDE"
