"Nothing but a money scam. They will do anything to squeeze every ounce of money out of you. Horrible company. Side note: they will not respond to your complaint when you email them with the address they provided below. Update: still have never received a response from the email provided. I have also submitted multiple complaints about loud and obnoxious neighbors during quiet hours, called the property, and nothing has been done about it. This apartment complex has the worst management I have ever experienced and do not follow up with their residents."

"Take a look at the other real reviews and you will see this is one of the most poorly ran apartment complexes in phoenix. Water and AC are shut off every other day so if you like taking a shower better get used to not being able to. On top of that they may just randomly drop a letter saying they are going to cut a hole in your wall...they will cut the hole then leave it for a week. Then they will come back and put a trash bag over the hole then leave it for another week. Then they will come back, fix the the hole, and leave all of the drywall debris in the apartment. HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX DON'T DO IT."

"The staff is friendly and nice they have 3 swimming pools, a fitness center. The apartment complex is big!"

"Update from below - Asset fixed the AC issue and credited me with the amount I was overcharged for utilities. I did have to email or call almost everyday, but it was fixed and that’s what counts. If anyone is having the same issue as me, reach out to asset living and get the email of the person in charge of your problem. Old review - My unit is great, maintenance is quick and super friendly. This past month, my utility bill alone was $600! That is insane. The AC was also out for a week and the room was unlivable at 90 degrees. I called the leasing office multiple times and they were not helpful. Told me to talk to the electric company myself, that didn’t work either. I like this property a lot but $600 is ridiculous, I’ve restored to write a bad review because it’s the last way for me to solve this issue. Please either let me leave or fix the bill!"

"A/C hasn’t been working for a week and a half now and don’t know when it might get fixed. Temperatures are hitting 90’s inside the apartment everyday. They say the system is “working as intended” and there’s nothing they can do but if that’s the case then they need to get something that is meant to not be a living hazard in the summer. This is unlivable, unbearable, and should bring shame on the senior leadership of this company to allow this to go for so long without any answers or solutions to this. My unit is great, real nice, the leasing staff is friendly, the maintenance staff are always super nice and I know this isn’t on the staff working on premise right now, so I’m looking at you, asset, and the people working above the crew who are working on location."
