"I was a licensed real estate agent in the 2000s. This complex is a basic courtyard; nothing special I worked as an apartment locator. It was my job to take prospective residents to this apartment. If they were placed, the apartment would pay my broker a commission out of their advertising budget. I know of what I speak. I do know the apartment worked with troubled credit reports and problems. If you have terrible credit, evictions, or judgments, this place will work for you. It is centrally located and on a bus line."
