"I'm trying to help out a family member who recently separated from her husband and has a disabled daughter to care for. She has a poor credit score but works hard taking care of autistic children and otherwise able to make the rent. Because of the credit rating they denied her. Understandable on the surface. However, although I offered to co-sign, double or triple deposits - or even pay the entire first lease cash up front. The rejected this offer. They are completely and utterly - one might say amorally, inflexible. I would avoid this company."
