"I’ve been waiting to move out to write this review. I move into these apartments in 2020 under different management and they were great I have no complaints, any time I had something going on they helped out. Then the complex was bought out by a new management company. If you’re a resident it’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office if you need something. Last summer my AC went out around 2am and they didn’t come fix it until the next afternoon, I had to call over and over I left messages on their emergency line until I finally had to walk up there and tell them they need to come fix it ASAP. The washer stunk bad after I cleaned it over and over it was the water coming out of it that smelled bad, never got replaced. I just received my move out fees and I owe more then my months rent even though they’re renovating, I’ve seen people come and go and every time I see the contractors upgrading the apartments. When I first moved in the apartment smelled like cigarettes and it was obvious the carpet hadn’t been replaced, now I am responsible for paying almost 1k for them to rip out and replace carpet that should have been replaced anyway. Don’t move in here they’re trying to make it look nice on the outside but there’s always trash overfilling the trash cans, it smells like dog poop and pee all over. They have a serious cat problem kittens being born and dying, I’ve had to dispose of a dead kittens as well as I’ve seen others doing the same, cat food left all over for ants to invade. They’re always doing move in deals to get people to move in so they can charge you when you move out to help pay for the renovations. I’m so glad I got out of there and if you’re thinking about moving here I’d look elsewhere."

"Do not move here, run!! Like another review said, bait and switch. They try and seem all nice up front but this place is TERRIBLE. Roaches inside your apartment from dirty neighbors, scorpions, overflowing dumpsters, outrageous fees. Extremely noisy neighbors who let their small children run in the street and throw rocks/balls at cars (yes multiple neighbors along with me reported this to the office). Children screeching outside for 4+ hours every day, and throwing rocks at people’s windows and doors. Trash scattered outside the apartments by dirty neighbors. Terrible communication from the property management. One night we had three painters in our balcony that started moving our personal items at 6pm. Maintenance was useless, every request we put in got closed without being resolved. Bugs in the light fixture, which maintenance made a fuss about removing even though these light fixtures cannot be easily removed by tenants. They are too high and require special tools. Tons of ceiling leaks and stains after a big storm, not resolved by maintenance. They randomly added a large trash removal fee to everyone in the middle of the lease, even though maintenance and contractors are the ones leaving large items in the bins and there’s no room for resident trash!! The move out fees were ridiculous, they are GREEDY, even if you keep it pristine and deep clean they will squeeze charges out of you. You are NOT protected by normal wear and tear. Again, like another lady in these reviews we got charged about $700 on move out. The photos are what we moved into. To the property management: do not leave an automated response, I’ve already discussed these matters with you and nothing got resolved."

"Please please please! No matter how desperate you are. Do not move here. They could offer you a pony and free gas for life to get you in but it’s not worth it! I have lived in many apartment complex’s and know what to expect normally. I genuinely have liked most of the places I’ve lived until here… This place crushes hopes and dreams. Only move here if you like- -Roaches (doesn’t matter how clean you are the neighbors are not) -Scorpions (being allergic and fearing for my safety every day) -Overflowing trash cans (plus they charge you extra to take out the maintenances large trash added that fee on mid lease?) -useless management and maintenance your ceiling could be leaking and they do nothing) -leaky ceilings and probably mold (yummy right) -The loudest damn kids running wild through the complex ( a child literally smashing a boulder into the pavement for a solid hour right below you, screaming bloody murder at all times of day and night, hitting door with rocks, getting trash and filth everywhere) - definitely move here if you don’t like your car! it will be hit by (soccer balls, rocks, baseballs, basketballs really anything) - Absolutely paper thin walls and floors( add in very creaky floors) - Fearing having anyone over because walking is way too loud and completely unacceptable for the downstairs neighbors who shake the whole floor because you dropped your phone cord on the carpet) - Oh and if you like paying 800 dollars for normal wear and tear from living somewhere after moving out for things that were messed up when you moved in!!!! If those things sound good then move. Just know you are warned. If not there are way better way cheaper options I am begging you to choose! choose wisely I say that with care thank you Also to the apartment please don’t respond to this I have reached out and it lead nowhere so I don’t particularly want your autogenerated response. all the best ✌️"

"I have been living in this apartment complex for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and hassle-free. The front office lady on Sunday was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my transition into this community seamless. The apartments themselves are not only spacious but also well-maintained. Any maintenance requests I've had were promptly addressed, and the maintenance staff is both friendly and competent. The amenities here are fantastic! The gym is well-equipped, the pool area is a great place to relax, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. I also appreciate the pet-friendly policies, which make it a welcoming place for my furry friend. One of the standout features of this complex is its location. It's conveniently situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, making it easy to access everything I need. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and friendly community to call home. It's been a fantastic experience living here, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
