Imperial Apartments

"I used to love living here because it was/is a gated community, the apartments were nice and new, and the place and residents kept it clean. This apartment complex has moved downward. The gates are either left open or in need of repairs leaving the property less secure. There is always an overflow of garbage especially during the weekend. The one thing you can expect when living here is the fire alarm at odd hours sometimes multiple times a day and sometimes it lasts hours. 100% of the time it happens because a resident is smoking in the hallways. This has become so recurring and annoying, over the past 18 months I spent here but management is not taking any measures to prevent this from happening. Today the alarm has been set off for almost two hours. This is also a waste of city resources. If you are looking for a quiet place to call home, this isn’t it."

"Don’t bother moving here. They will take your security deposit after you move out. People steal your packages, the alarm goes off for hours, gates are left open for extended period of time, sometimes weeks, office staff will not help when asked for your hardworking money back after moving, and don’t even bother looking for parking within the gates are! People have their family and friends parked in the gates area, you may have to park on the street. Be aware of rude residents as well when it comes to parking, they can get pretty rude. Ask for your itemized bill and take photos. The office didn’t want my photos or videos after move out, just my money."

"I love my studio and I feel it’s easy to approach the staff and repairs are timely. My concern is with the grounds and garbage price increase without notice. The dog urination outside main doors to parking and the smell is horrible I have my apartment right outside that main gate. I can’t open my window as the smell of dog urine is terrible. I am on the ground floor. Not sure the solution to this problem but it is a problem."

"This place is just truly becoming treacherous. I’ve lived here for two years and it was so cute when I first moved in .The complex is only about 3 years old!!!! And within the last year it has gone downhill tremendously. Now I am actually just embarrassed to even have any guests over because of how run down it’s becoming. After about a year of dogs pooping and peeing in the breezeways we finally got the staff to agree to “power wash” the hallways, which did absolutely nothing due to the year old feces and urine that have been crustifying in the breezeways all this time. the hallways still look terrible. You would think due to the fact that we have absolutely NO amenities that they would take time to keep the hallways clean. There should be a power washing or mopping once a month honestly. It’s also becoming unsafe and just scary living here at this point. The gates don’t close half time, no security at night. Ppl have stolen packages too. I am counting down the days to get the heck outta here!!!!! I would not recommend."
