"We have been living here at ReNew Biltmore for about six months and I must say the efforts management and staff make are very noticable! Olivia , Micheal, and Eric ,especially, have gone above and beyond to accommodate any needs or questions we have. The team is always quick to respond while being courteous, professional, and thorough! The special events put together for residents are so sweet and make us feel like a community. The gym is clean and well taken care of. Sometimes I worry due to the surrounding neighborhood as we live in on Indian School Road but it seems the team is doing the best they can to keep their residents cars safe with the closed gate. My only complaint would be all of the renovations/ construction can be annoying sometimes with the noise and sometimes the renovators accidently leave nails in the parking lot , I'd hate to accidentally run one over and get a flat tire. Otherwise , no issues and we are happy to be here!"

"From Michael and Melissa in the front office staff to Eric in the maintenance office they are all fantastic. I was a little reluctant last year when Trinity first took over but I love all the new amenities that we now have at the complex. I appreciate the patience and kindness that Melissa always gives me when I speak to her in the office. Everyone has always been professional and tentative some special when I ask for help and need a little bit of guidance for anything pertaining to my apartment in specific and to the complex grounds."

"I was here visiting and I have to say I love the way they treat everyone like family. They had a huge Christmas celebration for all the tenets. Eric with maint is always there to help u the best he can. Olivia was a great help."

"The staff is amazing. These are great apartments in a great area. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. I just want to say, again Management has been awesome if you tell them there's a problem they have maintenance take care of it. I've been here almost 5 years. The old management was bad, it's been night and day with the new management. They have upgraded so many things in the interior and exterior of the apts. I live next to the street and with old management so many homeless people used to hang out under our gazebo. When the weather is either very hot or very cold the homeless would stay in the laundry room, that doesn't happen anymore. They have security doors in the front now, so the homeless don't have easy access and yes if tenants would stop running into the security vehicle gate damaging them then maybe they would stay closed. They also don't have easy access to the QT side. I used to have problems with the construction crew, they were the ones that would come into my apt whenever they wanted and they were very obnoxious. I think GIO hired a different construction company. They're a lot nicer and it doesn't take them forever to do remodeling thoroughly. People mistake the construction crew for maintenance. The new maintenance guy is awesome. If you have problems just ask management they'll take care of it. We used to have old management cheap plastic patio furniture and 1 small grill, now 2 grills with a cooking plate. Great place to hang out with family and friends. I also have to say the gym is state of the art. When it was too cold in the gym, they adjusted the temperature to prevent injuries."
